The location is prime. Right around the historical center. For its price, the hotel service is mediocre. Staff is not very friendly, and the property is very old. The room floor especially has a musty smell that reminds me of some very old hotels. The gym is great though.

The hotel is in the middle of the old very beautiful town, which is greate and very convinient for going in churches, museums and walking around. Transport around is very convinient as well. The restoran in the hotel is petfect.

Give the hotel 3.5 stars. Flight was cancelled so had to stay extra night. Stayed at the Relax & Chateau. THAT property is 5 stars and no comparison. Price was the same. Hilton sauna is clean, but very small, tight spaces. Hot tub was luke warm. Service in Executive Lounge was very lacking. Staff there was incredulous if I even asked for a soda or ice. Gym equipment was worn and torn at many pieces yet some equipment modern, like a Peloton and the cardio equipment. Hotel concierge was best part. He was excellent and very helpful. Front desk staff wasn’t knowledgeable at all about where to obtain euros, when an ATM turned out to be right in the lobby. Front desk didn’t think to invite me to the hotel NYE party. Just inconsistency and oddities in service and conditions.

Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and the location was great. Our only issue was they weren’t able to do laundry service because we were there during a weekend. It would have been nice if they advertised that their laundry service was Monday to Friday only so we could have planned better.

This hotel scores well on some points, but the room was small, there were no drawers for clothes, and it was really expensive. There was no desk lamp. Mineral water was provided on the first night only. The main restaurant was closed, the only really good feature was the bistro. This is definitely not Hilton standard.

The property is within the tour attraction. We can walk along the river after dinner and enjoy the sunset without worry transportation to go back the hotel.

Set in gorgeous downtown Dresden, it was a delight to enjoy the surrounding areas. Staff in hotel were absolutely wonderful, helpful and accommodating, though surprisingly often did not know their way around Dresden and so could not alway advise. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.

Hotel is so so. Definitely not what Hilton should be. Rooms are old, food (we had breakfast included) is so so. Staff is rude.
