Looks are deceiving
The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The bathroom sink is in your room and not the bathroom. There was a picture in our bathroom that looked like it had mold on the frame. You could tell that my room had some water damage by the ceiling. You couldn't block the sunlight with the curtains. Last but not least there was a cockroach in the area where you get your syrup. I notified the front desk immediately and after waiting five minutes I left. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. We didn't have regular pillows for our bed. We had 6 throw pillows as our pillows. DISAPPOINTED. NEVER AGAIN!

The curtains on the window had MOLD on both panels. When I brought it up to the front desk all he said was “ok” No sorry or an offer to make things right. The were also stains on floors of the bathroom.

First of all the door would not shut. The only way to be was safe was by locking the deadbolt from the inside. Doorknob was useless. If I left the room, it was not secure. Second the toilet didn't work and there were no smoke detectors in the room. As I was a late arrival, I had no choice but to stay the first night. They said repairs would be made by the second night, however no one entered the room and did anything . I know this because I left money on the nightstand and it was still there. So were all the problems. All I saw was the night manager both night and day and he didn't seem to care at all about my safety. Or that nothing was done. His reply was I told the day man. Had I felt safe, it would have been tolerable. But as it was, NOOO. I did NOT stay the second night.

The worst experience! The worst management! Dont stay at the hotel. They dont care about you,. . . I booked a jacuzzi suite for my wife and I. Cone to find out its not operable, yet they still sell the room. They wouldnt refund my money nor hotels.com would do anything regarding it.

The staff and front desk service were excellent. However, the property overall was disappointing. There was a broken mirror, and I had to change rooms due to a strong smoking odor. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable and seemed smaller than usual, though the staff mentioned they were simply more compressed.

We booked the room specifically for the jacuzzi in the room. When we got to the hotel they told us no jacuzzi rooms were avalibe because they had been booked solid for months. Even after showing the attendant the reservation they offered no solution to fix thw situation. The room we were given smelled musty and the carpet was wet. They moved is to a second room and it had a rusty nail stuck to one of the magnets in the shower curtain. As if that wasn't enough, the man working the desk at night was totally asleep in one of the lobby chairs when we returned from our night out at 3am. He opened his eyes for a split second, looked at us and when right back to sleep. Bottom line, Stay somewhere else.

Had to take my dirty towels to get changed out after i told them that would be all i needed. There were cup stains that i had to wipe away with clorox towels. Also take air freshner i had to take a candle to make it smell better.
