Carpets; cleaning service

Carpets on 7th floor need cleaning. Cleaning staff made my bed and emptied my rubbish bin but did not clean used coffee cup and spoons (second day only).

The only good thing about my trip to the Mercure Den Haag hotel was the food it was amazing, but room wasn’t clean and it was dusty and dirty. I’ve had a privilege but it wasn’t look like a privilege I’m really regretting that I’ve chosen this hotel for my trip to the city

Efficient staff, yet could have been more friendly. For me this was an expensive hotel option. Particularly liked having a small fridge in my room, a bit odd having the kettle etc in a cupboard though!

Water in the Shower was very slow & took me ages to complete the shower. They didn’t even had body lotion in the bathroom. No USB port access even in TV. Bed were okay not the best for the money they charge. Heating system wasn't great too.
