This hotel was fine but not good value for money. One of the only two elevators for floors 11 was broken for the whole week we were there. We had to wait for a very long time for the elevator or take the stairs from the 20th floor. They only do housekeeping on request and even when you request it some days they didn’t bother showing up. Good location but hotel was quite tired.

First off, Iive roach in my sink. One elevator working for 30 floors. Always full with staff and a few customers. Had to walk down 12 flights of stairs every time I wanted to leave the hotel. Totally unacceptable! In addition. When I checked in the staff was unfriendly and seemed put out to help me. I would never recommend this hotel!

We stayed in one of the tower rooms. There are 2 elevators for those rooms and 1 was down the entire weekend we stayed there. So for floors 11-38 there is 1 elevator. We had to wait numerous times, well over 10 minutes just to reach our room. So very inconvenient. I have no problem taking the stairs but when you’re going up/down 37 floors it is ridiculous. The tower room we had was very outdated and tiny. I felt like I was in an old college campus bedroom. I would not recommend staying here. It is in a good location but I would never stay here again and I frequent Chicago often. Pay the extra money for a better hotel.

they kindly accommodated my need of early check in. Staffs are very kind, helpful and welcoming. Best part, for people who’re traveling for work and need to work on computer/get on zoom calls on top of their business agenda throughout their trip, they have office and conference room area on 2nd floor. Highly recommend to people on short business trips.

Mediocre in the loop
The room was much smaller in person than what was advertised online. Our reservation said a Queen bed but they put us in a room with a Double. There was also only one working elevator for 40 floors of guests. The staff was kind and prompt when dealing with our complaints though and gave us a better room without argument. They didn't seem surprised that we complained. *The beds are weirdly short here. I'm 6'1" and my feet hung off the beds in both rooms.

It was the perfect location. Everything was walkable. The staff was amazing! The hotel was so quiet. They had hydration stations on every floor that were extremely convenient. The only small complaint would be that our bed was pretty firm and not very comfortable. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The stay here was very uncomfortable. Small room, no heat (very cold at night) at this time (they have central cooling or heating and right now it was on cool setting), the elevator took 25 minutes to get on and only because I rode it up was I able to get down. I would not recommend this facility. I’ve stayed in club quarters before in a different city and it was good. I’m Chicago, it was a bit of a disaster. Also, since it is off season (after Labor Day), you can get another place for similar price (even last minute).

This is a very upscale Club Quarters. Rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. Nice desk for working, efficient internet. Staff is very friendly and efficient.
