Location is fabulous. High rise building with little amenities. After 2 days I discovered by accident that on certain floors water refillable stations are available. (the front desk neglected to mention that on check in). Also not easy to reach someone at the front desk by phone. Best in person or by text. House Keeping did not come in to clean or change towels - you had to request.

This was actually a great property right on E. Wacker Drive, and was within easy walking distance to the River Walk (right across the street), Millenium Park, Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue and had a great Corner Bakery a few doors down. It was also right next door to the London House, where you could dine in style or go to the rooftop bar for drinks and amazing views of the river. The desk attendants were all so very nice and helpful. We had a 'one room suite' with a king bed and couch but also had a giant pillar going through the center of the room which was annoying and took up a lot of space! There was a nice kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner stove, dishwasher and a multi-use convection oven/bake stove/microwave all in one thing that was amazing. There was also pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware and a dish drainer, sponge and dish soap. In our room we were given 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. We asked for more a few days later and they did give us 2 of everything, but if you go, bring your own dish towels as we asked but did not receive those. All in all I would definitely go back again.

The elevators are too few and too small, and the floor combinations are absurd. And if your door lock stops working, which is more likely than you might think given the state of repairs in this place, the front desk staff will belittlingly explain to you how doors work before finally sending maintenance staff up to replace the broken lock. The maintenance staff, though, are incredible. As is the location.

It was my first time visiting Chicago (for the DNC). My hotel stay was great. However, it was a bit challenging getting the cleaning folks to take the garbage or change the sheets often. Other than that the Guest Maangers were great and it was peaceful to sleep.

It's a 2 star property. Rooms are pathetic and dirty. Bathrooms didn't have enough space for taking shower comfortably. Only positive of this hotel is it's location.

This is an old Chicago skyscraper. Elevator is kinda slow,room is tiny. Room was very clean though.
