Hotel is very new, room was big with a good little kitchenette. Breakfast was very disappointing. No plates to eat off, everything kept running out and very little choice.

Room was spacious and clean. Would be nice to have a coffee maker though. Breakfast was disappointing. For someone who doesn't like sweet, there was nothing but pain toast and butter. No plates, no bowls.

Spacious but smelly bathroom.
Lovely room and facilities in the room. However due to no ventilation in the bathroom it smelt strongly of musty damp. Our main concern was that in the morning we could only get extremely hot water out of the shower. Far too hot for us to use. We must have tried for over half an hour. My husband had used the shower the night before but had been able to control the temperature adequately but to no avail in the morning. Whether it was because we were on the top floor l have no idea. It was not straight forward for us to go to reception and complain as there was no lift on our floor and my son had previously got stuck in the stairwell so we left unimpressed.

I would stay here in a pinch, but not by choice
Well, to begin with, even getting to reception and the room was complicated. The receptionist was fine, but not particularly friendly or knowledgable. The hotel is brand new and already beginning to show some wear and tear due to cheap materials. It was relatively clean, but given that it was new - it should have sparkled. The wifi was T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E! Not only was it horrifically slow, but it constantly disconnected. Naturally, the front desk closes an absurdly early hour (9PM) and further, even if you wanted to try and fix it yourself or call someone, there was no hotel book nor a phone in the room. Also, the TV is only in French - no CNN, no BBC News, no German or Dutch channels. So not my favourite place to stay. On the bright side, it was very, very quiet. The parking spaces are large. It has a well equipped kitchenette. I felt safe.

L'accĆØs Ć  l'Ć©tablissement est un peu difficile Ć  trouver. Il faut en fait se garer au niveau 0 du PremiĆØre Classe puis prendre un ascenseur jusqu'au 6ĆØme Ć©tage pour trouver la rĆ©ception du PremiĆØre Classe. L'option du petit-dĆ©jeuner n'avait pas Ć©tĆ© prise en compte donc j'ai du avancer les frais du premier petit-dĆ©jeuner, j'attends toujours le remboursement. Pour le reste, le studio est confortable et propre avec tout le nĆ©cessaire. Il faut veiller Ć  amener une Ć©ponge et du liquide-vaisselle ou alors des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle car il n'y en a pas. Le personnel est trĆØs sympathique.

During my stay at this hotel, I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stains on the bedding and dust everywhere. The bathroom seemed like it hadnā€™t been cleaned in days, and there was an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. When I complained about the condition of the room, I was brushed off, and nothing was done. To make matters worse, after my stay, I did not get my deposit back, despite leaving the room in good condition and trying to contact them multiple times afterward. You really feel like you're not taken seriously.

Lorsque lā€™on arrive dans lā€™hĆ“tel on ne sait pas sā€™il faut aller Ć  la rĆ©ception du Tulip Inn ou du PremiĆØre Classe. Le Tulip Inn ressemble Ć  un hĆ“tel dĆ©sertique. Mais le bruit de lā€™autoroute toute proche est bien prĆ©sent. Il faut changer dā€™hĆ“tel pour aller prendre le petit dĆ©jeuner. Le parking est squatter par des personnes alcoolisĆ©es. Le lit est de qualitĆ© trĆØs mĆ©diocre, on y dort trĆØs mal.
