Really friendly staff, highly recommend the family room....very spacious, clean, facilities great standard. Great choice for breakfast, full English was very tasty. Also recommend the restaurant for your evening Chinese meal, lots of choice, speedy service and tastes amazing.

Lovely place to stay
Lovely staff and such a warm greeting from Alice. Great place even if a little different, local pub to one side and a Cantonese restaurant on the other. The food was exeptional and the room spacious and well equipped. All in all just a very pleasant experience, you really do leave thinking you have made new friends. I will be staying again.

We had an excellent stay at the Nags Head. Located on the edge of the Moors, Pickhill is a beautiful quiet village with excellent walks straight from the car park. Alice and her team were so friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Our evening meal (chinese food) was excellent as was the English breakfast. The locals in the bar were friendly which gave the place a great atmosphere. We will definately be back and highly recommend.

A happy smiling welcome
On arrival was met by Alice, a bubbly character, full of energy and a welcoming smile. Took me to my room which was lovely and clean. Ate in the restaurant food was excellent. Staff very attentive. Food reasonably priced. Restaurant got busy very quickly a testament to the standard and care of all the staff. Now on my list of places to stay when in North Yorkshire.
