Don’t judge it by the outside.. this place is extremely nice inside! My boyfriend and I were very shocked. It was very clean, we felt safe and comfortable.. best hotel visit we’ve had together!

The staff is incredible - like no lie. But I saw two roaches while I was there. The property needs a serious upgrade or better yet, tear down and remodel. My first and last Comfort Inn stay.

Very unclean, found built up hair on my sink drain, tiny roaches in the bathroom, bed was sloppily made, bathroom shower had hair in it, bed was uncomfortable and I had loud neighbors. Overall, unpleasant experience and would not stay here again. The only thing good about this place is how nice the staff were.

My crew was coming in for the week for work. There was a hiccup in the schedule due to weather and we were unable to come the first night. Despite speaking to a staff member at the front desk about the situation and being assured my crews would still have their rooms (I was willing to pay for the night we didn't stay with no problem) the reservation was cancelled. Not only that, but the manager was difficult to work with, but did eventually refund the stay minus the one night. Things happen that are out of our control. Management should understand that and be willing to work with their customers. This hotel has proved to be undependable and will no longer have my business.
