Chalet parfait pour un sĆ©jour au ski Ć  Manigod, Ć  15mn de la station et Ć  5mn des commerces. le chalet est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ© et l'hygiĆØne est au rdv. le sauna et le jacuzzi un vrai plus aprĆØs une journĆ©e de ski. Allez y les yeux fermĆ©s. seul petit bĆ©mol la table basse du sĆ©jour qui reste inutilisable car le plan est trop inclinĆ© pour dĆ©poser des choses Ć  plat. Sylvain est trĆØs accueillant et prĆ©venant. tout etait parfait.

Refroidis dĆØs notre arrivĆ©e . GĆ©rante pas aimable du tout et rĆ©pond aux messages quand elle le souhaite. Vaisselle sale retrouvĆ©e dans les placards et poils dans la baignoire. Argent demandĆ© Ć  notre arrivĆ©e pour mettre en service le jacuzzi alors que cela nā€™Ć©tait pas spĆ©cifiĆ© dans le contrat et que nous le pensions inclus dans le prix dĆ©jĆ  Ć©levĆ© du chalet. Aucun geste de la part de la propriĆ©taire nā€™a Ć©tĆ© effectuĆ©.. Ɖtant nous mĆŖme loueur/bailleur nous essayons toujours dā€™ĆŖtre le plus juste et de trouver des communs accords avec nos locataires, ce qui parait compliquĆ© pour la gĆ©rante de ce chalet. Heureusement que Sylvain est gentil et aimable pour relever un peu le niveau ! MalgrĆ© tout emplacement sympa, Ć  proximitĆ© de la charmante petite ville de thones et pas trĆØs loin dā€™Annecy. Chalet fonctionnel pour une famille, cependant attention si vous avez un bĆ©bĆ© les lumiĆØres sā€™allument automatiquement et donne directement sur le berceau du bĆ©bĆ© (rĆ©veil assurĆ©) donc prĆ©voyez votre lit parapluie ou changez le berceau de place. 2 vrais chambre, la troisiĆØme est si petite que pour un couple il est impossible de dormir Ć  deux. Le jacuzzi super sympa mais pas accessible les derniers jours faute de nettoyage.

Nous avons vraiment apprĆ©ciĆ© notre sĆ©jour dans le chalet. La situation nous convenait parfaitement, avec le village et les stations Ć  distance raisonnable. Le chalet est trĆØs au calme et la vue est trĆØs agrĆ©able. A l'intĆ©rieur les lieux sont trĆØs bien agencĆ©s, manifestement rĆ©novĆ©s rĆ©cemment, dĆ©corĆ©s de faƧon assez originale, le chalet est trĆØs propre et Ć©quipĆ© de faƧon trĆØs complĆØte dans les moindres dĆ©tails. Pour conclure, tout Ć©tait parfait, jusqu'aux petits dĆ©tails de l'accueil par ailleurs sympathique, de quoi faire un feu, de quoi faire ses premiers cafĆ©s etc... La seule petite mention moins positive concerne l'accĆØs routier et piĆ©ton, la pente des derniers mĆØtres de la route desservant le chalet, qui n'avaient pas Ć©tĆ© dĆ©neigĆ©s et du coup Ć©taient recouverts de glace, a Ć©tĆ© parfois dĆ©licate Ć  pratiquer, crampons recommandĆ©s ! Nous aurons envie de revenir en Ć©tĆ©.

Chalet impeccable et proche de la Clusaz / Manigod ou du Grand Bornand
L'accueil est impeccable et le chalet parfaitement Ć©quipĆ© (jusqu'au sĆØche linge ce qui est franchement top aprĆØs le ski...). Les propriĆ©taires sont disponibles et arrangeant. Le fait de payer l'eau et lā€™Ć©lectricitĆ© en plus de la location est trĆØs Ć©quitable et permet de louer un chalet Ć  un prix trĆØs correct. l'accĆØs Ć  la clusaz par deux accĆØs est Ć©galement trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. Cela permet d'aller soit directement Ć  la Clusaz par la route classique (15 minutes) ou d'y aller via Manigod (25 minutes), mais on Ć©vite les bouchons du week-end... Merci Ć  Sylvain pour sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons c'est sur, aussi bien en Ć©tĆ© qu'en hiver.
