In an old farmhouse dating from 1780, renovated, comprising 3 spacious and comfortable cottages
3 km from Thônes, 8 km from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, and 11 km from Lake Annecy; 1.7 km from a supermarket
“Le Bois du Roc” gîte: 66 m² duplex for 5/6 people
including:

On the ground floor, a living room of 33.45 m², with:
- a kitchen including a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, raclette and
 fondue, a central island (including an induction hob, oven and hood),
- a living room with sofa bed (sleeping 2 people 140/200),
 armchairs, TV, and a wood stove
- an independent WC access corridor and storage cupboard,
- a terrace to the east of 9.20 m² and a second terrace to the north of 8 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Mountain view

1st floor:
- CH LACHAT of 11.50 m² with attic (160x200 bed),
- CH FENIL of 14.20 m² with attic (180x190 bed separable into 2 beds of 90, 1 bed of 90x190 and a bed on the mezzanine 80x190 (for a child),

Amazing
Me and my family spend a week in this beautiful chalet!It was charming,nice and cozy,with an amazing view, fireplace, jacuzzi, there's nothing to complain!The owners are really nice and friendly, easy to communicate and ready to help with anything! The chalet is very close to shops and the beautiful town centre of Thones,and close to the slopes ! We will definitely come back again!

Cosy et bien équipé
Logement propre, bien équipé, et à l'ambiance chaleureuse. Deux vraies chambres, la literie est de bonne qualité, le linge de lit et de toilette fournis (en supplément) sont également propres et en bon état. Tout l'équipement nécessaire à la cuisine est là, vaisselle en grande quantité également. Nombreuses documentation touristique consultable directement dans le gîte. Les propriétaires sont réactifs. L'emplacement est très bien, a proximité (en voiture) des départs de randonnée et de plusieurs sites touristiques.

Großartige Unterkunft
Wir haben uns in diesem von den Besitzern liebevoll in Eigenarbeit renovierten Chalet sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Neben einer großen Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination gibt es einen Induktionsherd, Backofen, Filterkaffeemaschine, Senseomaschine, Mikrowelle sowie sehr viel Geschirr und Kochzubehör. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles wurde ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Von der Terrasse kommt man in den gepflegten großen Garten und an den Whirlpool. Parkplätze sind am Haus ausreichend vorhanden. In Thônes findet man Supermärkte und Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zum Lac d'Annecy, Genfer See, Montblanc, für Wanderungen zu Wasserfällen und Schluchten sowie zum Fahrradfahren. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Jacqueline und Marc für diesen gelungenen Urlaub.

Gite parfait. Très bien équipé, bien agencé, très joliment décoré. Emplacement calme. Le gros plus: le jacuzzi, en plein hiver expérience très agréable. Les propriétaires sont également très sympa et disponibles. Je recommande fortement ce gîte.
