This large typical wooden chalet has a 250-sq.m living space, and a mazot (small dwelling) for 12 to 15 persons.

Exceptional situation with large terrace of 70 sq.m with a 200Ā° view of Lake Leman .

Enjoy the absolute calm in the midst of a 30,000-sq.m property not overlooked by any neighbour. The property is crossed by a stream on the edge of the woods and 1500 meters away from the lake with beaches and harbour (possibility of anchoring).

The corner shops and mall (IntermarchƩ) are less than 2 km away. Evian-les-Bains is 5 km away and offers thermal baths and sporty centres. There is a ski resort 20-30 min away.

The property is fenced for horses and has water points and shelters, as well as multiple riding paths.

Beautiful sunsets over Lake Geneva/Lac Leman
A lovely chalet with an extra large balcony that has amazing, expansive views of the lake. Perfect place to watch the fireworks from across the lake for the Swiss National Day! We ate most of our meals outside on the balcony. The grandkids loved exploring the outdoor grounds. The house was nicely equipped and the owners were easy to contact and helpful when needed. The loft bedrooms might be difficult for some people to climb the ladder up to. A beautiful house with a beautiful view.

Le chalet est grand et confortable, telle une maison de famille. Un peu vieillot au niveau de la salle de bain et petit bemol sur les mezzanine dont l'accĆØs se fait par une Ć©chelle et ne convient pas aux enfants trop jeunes. La vue sur le lac de la terrasse est magnifique et le chalet trĆØs calme.

Un sĆ©jour trĆØs agrĆ©able avec une superbe vue sur le LĆ©man. Le chalet est spacieux et fonctionnel. De plus, il est entourĆ© d'un prĆ© et bordĆ© par une forĆŖt. Parfait pour se ressourcer . Toutefois, en hiver il conviendrait d'allumer le chauffage la veille afin de rendre l'arrivĆ©e plus chaleureuse.L'accueil rĆ©servĆ© par Aicha Ć©tait parfait, elle nous a bien expliquĆ© son fonctionnement et mĆŖme les dĆ©couvertes Ć  faire dans les environs. Petit bĆ©mol,l'Ć©tat de propretĆ© Ć©tait moyen et nous n'avons pas pu loger dans le Pertit chalet, la serrure d'entrĆ©e Ć©tant dĆ©fectueuse. L'ensemble de notre sĆ©jour passĆ© Ć  Lugrin reste au demeurant trĆØs positif.

Sehr ruhige Gegend - schƶner Aufenthalt
Es hat alles was man benƶtigt im Haus. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus sauber und die EinfĆ¼hrung von Aicha gut. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schƶnen Aufenthalt. Obwohl die Telefonleitung beschƤdigt wurde und somit das Internet nicht zur VerfĆ¼gung stand, wurde alles Versucht (mit 3G Router) um eine Verbindung zur VerfĆ¼gung zu stellen. (auch wen wir gut mal 4 Tage ohne Netz leben kƶnnen)
