Stepping inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dinning table. Next to it there is a comfortable living area, with plenty of seating. This stand alone home is perfect for hosting up to families of 12 or 8 adults. The main floor features a bedroom with a queen bed, while the lower level offers three additional comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, providing the perfect space for everyone to unwind.

Outside, breathe in the crisp mountain air while enjoying two large picnic tables, relaxing in Adirondack chairs, or grilling on the gas grill. There's ample parking for five cars, so you’ll have plenty of room for all your guests.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Waterville Valley Ski Area and within 30 minutes of Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, Lost River Gorge, and the famous Ice Castles, this home is the perfect base for your skiing, hiking, and outdoor adventures. Plus, the popular Welch and Dickey hiking trail along with many others are just around the corner, offering even more opportunities to explore the stunning landscape! Owls Nest Resort is just 15 minutes away, enjoy golfing on the 18-hole course. On the hot and sunny days take advantage of the spots along Pemigewasset River to cool off in the water.
