I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Room was dirty, bed was not comfortable, doorlock was broken, water was shifted from hot to cold by itself, noise and footsteps from every angle. Breakfast was also terrible. The only good thing for this hotel was very closely sequoia park.

Only good thing about the place was the proximity to Sequoia National Park. Nothing else was good, room was not clean, the bed was not comfortable, and you can hear every single footstep of the guests occupying the room above you.

Hotel in deteriorated conditions. The room was full of dead insects, the hard to regulate and changing temperature by itself. Noise from other rooms and highway. The poorest breakfast included ever.

For the amount of money I payed, I am pleasantly impressed with how big the room was, how clean and neat it was. They have playground, a court and a pool. Close to the river. There are fruits trees in the back that are free to pick (i assumed)

Staff was friendly. However, there was a sign on the a/c unit that said we could incur additional charges if we left it or any lights on while we were out. That was very unexpected. It was 103 degrees the days we were there and we had to turn the air off each morning when we left and hope it wouldn't be too hot in the room when we got back. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, waffles and toast (white or wheat) was all that as offered. But it was something. Housekeeping was ok. They made the bed and took some of the towels and didn't put everything back. Did not refill the coffee. But when I went to the office they refilled the coffee without issue. Our room had a second sink and counter area near the refrigerator. There was no trash can or towel for that area. No hand towel by either sink. It was rather poorly laid out, from that perspective! The view wasn't quite what we were expecting, but it was ok. Overall, it was a nice enough place.

I didnā€™t read the reviews otherwise we wouldnā€™t have stayed there! Previous reviews stated under the bed was very dirty with dust! Under our bed was lots of dirt & dust plus two water bottles. Manager came and cleaned underneath. Sheets had hair, sheets werenā€™t changed. One pillow case had dirt smears on it. Manager changed the sheets. Water pressure was low as previously stated by other guests. Toilet was very slow to flush. Electrical plug didnā€™t work in bathroom. Only waffles, toast, and instant cereal no boiled eggs, sausage or bacon. Outside light by door didnā€™t turn on at night. I would think that Hotels.com would not keep this hotel on its list with all the bad reviews given. Any good reviews could have been given by their family members, etc.! We stayed in room 60. It had a balcony but the chairs and table was covered with webs and a dirty floor. The gazebo advertised was also covered with webs and s dirty area. Nothing like their website advertised!
