So many bars & restaurants nearby. Flat & easy to walk to them all. If you want to go further afield ( to Old Town etc) then taxis are plentiful & very reasonable

A quick gwtaaay
Having stayed at the old harbour end of the town we wanted a few days in the sun but a bit closer to all the amenities. Janet’s home was ideal. Weather was great and suited us as we would go out in the morning and be back at the apartment in time for a full afternoon of sun on the patio area

Perfect for us.
We had a brilliant 10 day stay over Christmas in Janet’s apartment the location was perfect for us as was the apartment's facilities, we tend to eat out on holiday but apartment had everything you need if you wanted to cook/watch TV etc. All communal areas are very well kept and clean and residents very friendly. At night it’s quiet which suits us. We would definitely stay again on future trips to Lanzarote. Thanks again Janet for the use of your apartment.

Great two bedroomed property, literally 50ft from main strip in Puerto del Carmen. Great communication with Janet. Very helpful lady. Two small beaches close by, one beside Domiti ice-cream shop and one opposite La Penita apartments - opposite directions. Loads of nice restaurants nearby to eat in. Good choice of local shops. Couldn't ask for a better base. Lovely and quiet apartment complex.

Puerto del Carmen
Quiet location but 2 minutes walk away from bars, restaurants and shops. Good mix of restaurants including English, Italian and a brilliant Asian restaurant who do Chinese, Thai & Japanese food. Bar & restaurant staff mostly all very friendly. Lots of beaches nearby. We especially like Flamingo beach in Playa Blanca (about 20 mins car or bus ride) which has lovely calm water for swimming.

the apt was very good; the only faults was the tv' and having no sun on the terrace. the tv needs some looking at we had to keep going to the manager to reset it. and maybe in the summer you may get some sun on the terrace.the location could not be better.

Little gem.
The apartment is extremely comfortable. The living room and kitchen area are both very modern. The two twin bedrooms are very easy to sleep on. The only problem we had was with the T.V. reception. This was eventually sorted out on Saturday.
