Perfect Apartment, Location & Communications
My family decided to book last minute. We have been renting privately for 25+ years. This was by far the quickest and easiest to book. Speedy communication. Location had everything within minutes walk, beach, large supermarket, all amenities you could wish for. Amazing terrace and easy access via shopping centre when you have your luggage to bring up and down. Couldn't fault anything and would most certainly re-book when returning. Many thanks Anabel you were a true professional.

After 2days the kitchen sink was blocked, Contacted owner but no response Other than this I was a lovely apartment, Good value for a 2bed apartment On the down side, there are a lot of stairs to climb, and trying to get my luggage up,was a nightmare

Great Location
Not the place for people with mobility problems as there were a lot of steps to the apartment. However, the apartment was great and lacked nothing. The location was very central to everything. Left to the main street, right to the old town. Beach was just a walk across the road. Will definitely book again.

Location is perfect but not for ppl with mobility issues or buggies/ if you don't value ur sleep this is the place for you! Beds were awful like camper beds,not suitable at all, we cut our stay short here because of this,we woke every morning in pain with the beds being so uncomfortable! And litterally flipping over when ud sit on the end of it they were that flimsly and light,the mattress were like paper and the ant infestation was on another level,I'm talking kitchen counter tops/floors bathroom floor in our toilet rolls,back of beds onto our sheets towels sitting floor and tables.we cleaned multiple times a day but unfortunately they would return! It's a pity cause it has the potential! This is my honest opinion of MY experience here

Maravillosa estancia
han sido una vacaciocciones maravilosas en el apartamento de Anabel. Es muy confortable y amplio, siendo tres personas es agradable que cada uno se puede retirar sin molestar a los demas. La cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita. Y la teraza....es lo mejor. Vale al principio se escuchaba mucho el ruido del parking del cenro comercial, pero a los poco dias ya no nos dimos cuenta. El acceso al apartmento por el C.C. ayuda mucho a personas que no van bien de pie. Seguro si volvemos, alquilariamos otra vez este apartamento.

Estandia una semana en familia
Estuvimos una semana alojados en este apartamento y fue todo correcto. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Un poco más de menaje para la cocina no hubiera venido mal. Si se viaja con niños hay dos cosas a tener en cuenta: las plantas con espinas del jardín y la hilera de escaleras para llegar al apartamento. Anabel fue muy amable.

Das geräumige Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Dank dem Soko Einkaufscenter sind die 50 Treppenstufen kein Thema mehr, über eine Rolltreppe oder Aufzug kann man bequem das Apartment erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Limpio, céntrico, espacioso, recién renovabado. El apartamento está estupendo. La única pega es que tiene bastantes escaleras para llegar a él (quizá es más fácil acceder por arriba), lo digo por las personas mayores. Para nosotros no era problema.

En el centro de puerto del carmen, a escasos metros de la playa, (cruzar una calle), piso de planta baja muy amplio y completamente reformado, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado, bares tiendas supermercado y restaurantes nada mas salir de casa. Cocina super equipada, y menaje de todo tipo. Buena ubicacion tambien para visitar la isla y a 10 minutos el aeropuerto. Sitio muy tranquilo, ni un ruido. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias

Ferienwohnung puerto del carmen
Die Ferienwohnung war schlecht zu erreichen.- Es mußten 50 Treppen zurückgelegt werden. Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Adresse war nicht gut zu finden. Erst nach einem Telefonat konnte wir die Wohnung finden. In der Wohnung fanden sich erhebliche Mängel. Die Waschmaschine lief durch die Küche. was von dem, Vermieter behoben wurde. Es war nur wenig Porzellan vorhanden, wurde vom Vermieter behoben. Wiir mussten bezüglich des Rückreisetransportes der Koffer einen Spanier bitten uns die Koffer die Treppen herunter zu transportieren Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Deutsche Fermsehprogramme konnten wir nicht erhalten-
