Located in the district of Tignale Olzano Apartment Olzano welcomes its holiday guests with a beautiful view of the lake. The approximately 85 m², friendly and comfortably furnished apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa and a double sofa bed. At the far end of the living room, a kitchenette with stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge freezer and plenty of dishes is integrated. The apartment has two Olzano bedrooms with double beds, a shower room and a utility room with washing machine. There is central heating is available.

From the living room with satellite TV you get to the sunny terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and beautiful views of Lake Garda. This is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Dress A staircase leads from here down to the enclosed private garden over which not only the dog owner will be happy. Garden furniture are also available there. A back door spares guests with dogs to walk through the village. The owner uses a space below the terrace, access to which is separated from the garden. Free entry SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is located in Prabione, 2 km from Gardola, near the Nature Park Museum.

The holiday guests can park their car conveniently on your own parking space in front of the property. In about 5 minutes you will reach Gardola, the main town of Tignale. There you will find all the necessary shops, many restaurants and pizzerias, a doctor, pharmacy, post office and the bank (EC-Machine). In addition, there is here, in Via Castello 16, which is operated by the landlord Albergo Castello Restaurant where you can eat in a very nice terrace overlooking the lake.
It is also possible the 'Tignale Card' at Albergo Castello get.

Insgesamt in Ordnung!

Insgesamt sind wir mit dieser Ferienwohnung zufrieden gewesen.Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig.Man fährt vom Gardasee cca. 8Km eine Bergstraße hoch um nach Gatdola zu kommen.

Fewo mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Fewo liegt etwas entfernt vom See aber sehr ruhig und mit diesem wundervollen Ausblick auf den See. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und Paolo ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Es waren wunderbare Tage in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick, die Nähe zum Dorf, die Wanderungen und die Tipps von Paolo waren super. Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Paolo. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Sie ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Alle Mahlzeiten haben wir auf der Terrasse eingenommen und dabei den herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee und dessen Umgebung genossen. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Paolo ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub in Olzano

Sehr schoene Lage und ein ganz Gemutliche saubere Wohnung. Ganz Optimal mit Hund da sowohl das Balkon als auch der Garten Geschlossen ist. Umgebung sehr toll da der Supermarkt 7 Tage geoffnet ist und das Zentrum und die Restaurants alles ganz na sind. Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Paolo der Vermieter war pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe da und hat sich viel Zeit genommen um das Objekt zu erklären. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden - sehr sauber und kpl. eingerichtet incl. Bettwäsche. Der neue Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer ist bei einem kühleren Abend eine gute Ergänzung zum Gesammten. Sehr Hundefreundlich und jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder !!

Sehr schöner Ausblick

Ordentlich und sauber. Besonders hat uns die schöne Terrasse mit wundervollen Ausblick über den Gardasee gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (spricht deutsch) war perfekt.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlte nichts super Ausstattung. Berlando ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben was die Umgebung betrifft .Wir und unsere Hundedame Susi werden bestimmt wieder einmal unseren Urlaub bei Berlando verbringen. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Paolo in Tignale-Oldesio. Seine Ferienwohnung ist prima ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Paolo ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat stets eine Lösung für alle Sorgen und Probleme rund um den Aufenthalt. Unser Tip: Paolo kocht hervorragend im Hotelrestaurant seines Bruders im Albergo Castello. Sehr gute italienische Küche abseits von Fast Food und Pizza. Einfach lecker! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Schön ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nah am Ortskern.

Ganz netter Vermieter, ist immer erreichbar wenn etwas wäre. Der kleine Garten ist gepflegt, genauso wie die Ferienwohnung selbst. Tolle Aussicht zum Gardasee und zum Monte Baldo.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Super tolle Wohnung mit allem was mann braucht und Wohnzimmer mit Sat TV mit vielen deutschen Sendern.Abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz mit Funktor. Ein Traumhafter Blick auf den Gardasee, tolle Terrasse mit Liegen und Tisch und Stühlen zum wohlfühlen. Alle Wege zum Supermarkt,Restaurants,Geldautomat sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Zum Badestrand kann mann mit dem Auto fahren Parkgebühr (5Euro/ Tag) 2 Liegen am Strand + Sonnenschirm (15 Euro/Tag) Es fährt aber auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus mehrmals am Tag.Das Essen ist Fabelhaft in den vielen Restaurants, ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Paolo ist Spitze und sehr nett und hilft in allen belangen. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder.

Einen super Urlaub gehabt. Wir haben uns fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist einfach super und sehr geräumig und bietet sehr viel Stauraum. Es war alles da, was man brauchte.Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Der Vermieter Paolo war immer für Fragen zu ereichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der neue Pelletofen der einiges an Energiekosten zum heizen spart!! Die Pellets bekommt man direkt im Supermarkt im Ort...15 kg ca. 5,50€ . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🌴🌴🌴

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt vom freundlichen und liebevollen Empfang! Paolo ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgerüstet und sehr gepflegt. Zudem ist sie im Dorf zentral gelegen und dennoch total ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
