Nice hotel overall. The bathroom needed maintenance, square in wall kept popping out and kinda spooked me. Bed was too hard and pillows but hubby likes hard pillows. Enjoyed the mimosas and full cafe with 24 hr room service which out weighs reason to go back.

I stayed for two days for a surgery. It was great and had no issues throughout my stay. There is a variety of meals to have throughout the day and can even schedule ahead of time. The rooms were spacious and had a great view.

The door in the bathroom was sticky and the knob definitely needs to be cleaned more often. I always carry lysol spray and wipes, and I had to clean it myself to remove some of the sticky residue in some areas of the door. The doors are dark brown, therefore some areas are hard to miss but definitely need to be payed close attention. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and this definitely needs to be payed more attention too by the cleaning staff.

Large property with casino. Great views of your get higher floor. Good gym, large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Be careful to double check if the breakfast is included or not. Reception informed that it was included but got charged with high $$. I felt they were purposely deceiving.

The restaurant bar portions are rediculousky small , not even in New York or Beverly Hills do you pay 20 dollars for a tiny slider burger. Also hardly any choices , the hotel need a clean up on the exterior , when I arrived I almost left , filthy outside of the hotel , the owner should be embarrassed of what the exterior of the building looks like .

Room was old, dirty, and outdated. Bunch of stains. They asked for a $100 deposit which I don’t understand considering the rooms are in bad condition. On top of that you still have to pay for parking. I would not stay here again. Highly disappointed

And the property we stay at the 25th floor clean room service was wonderful. You go down to eat at the restaurant. The service is amazing although the waiters are attended to you but we have our favor it person. His name is Raul. All of the times that we stay in the hotel, he is our favorite waiter. He make sure that you’re good if he gets to know you, you get the best service even better.

A bit dusty
The hotel was nice and for the most part it was clean, but since areas of the room was not very clean. The desk and TV area was very dusty and the tub wasn’t cleaned very well.
