They DESPERATELY need to replace their pillows. We couldn't sleep of how bad their pillows are. They are not real pillows, they are extremely small and hard as a blick og cement. The Manager should sleep in one of these rooms one night to see what i mean.

This is my favorite hotel in Tijuana. Besides clean and comfortable rooms, the staff is super helpful. The check-in process is a breeze. And the hotel is located in a really nice area. As a bonus, I love social interactions at the lobby bar.
