Jacuzzi was dirty, not cleaned & made water dirty within 5 min of use without anyone in it. Had to skip to be safe & not get sick from using it. Can only bring one guest in the suite rooms with makes no sense since they have chairs & a couch inside the room to host more than two people. First & last time visiting this hotel.

My mom and I went on a girls weekend for the holidays and we had a blast! The hotel staff was super friendly and attentive, the place was beautiful and nicely decorated, the hotel and rooms were super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and want to thank the staff for a wonderful experience. We left for thanksgiving weekend and we cannot wait to return. Thank you staff at Hotel Ticuán. Also, if you’re a Mexican like me who only speaks Spanish - don’t worry, lots of staff speak both Spanish and English 💛💛

The property sits in the centro of tijuana only steps away from all the action on revolution. The staff is always great and helpful. The room was clean a little outdated but still has a unique look to the room with the swiveling tv. The view from the 6th floor was nice enough for me. Ine thing that i didnt notice was they have tesla charging on the property which i wasnt aware of as it took me some time to charge right before crossing the border. So I will definitely be returning because of that.
