Very clean but not eco friendly ( don’t use bleach to mop front of building every morning) it makes it very slippery. Some personnel is kind and awesome, some are not. Breakfast was good but could improve slightly with spices and flavors, fruit was spoiled 2 days in a row. ( papaya n melon) Hot water for jacuzzi was not hot enough. Lastly TV needs upgrade.

2024-2025 New Year’s Eve stay 1 night
Excellent room accommodations! Fifth floor corner room two double beds which were comfortable. Although daytime hours street traffic noise can be heard from a busy intersection. Windows are not very soundproofed. However traffic really decreased after 10pm. Was able to get a decent solid 6 hour sleep time. Hand and bath towels very plush. Water was hot for showering no issues. First time staying at Hotel Ticuán. Planning a future stay February 2025.
