Jessica is an absolute star for customer service. We could not stay because my partner has emergency eye surgery. Jessica helped us to change the booking to a family member when was getting married and gave them a very special and memorable stay.

Lovely stay at the Marriott
Lovely hotel, receptionist Rosie was excellent. As were the restaurant staff. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view Pool was lovely but the flooring around and in the changing rooms is a death trap! So slippy, I jarred my knee when I nearly slipped over, and saw someone else nearly slip. It would put me off using the pool again.

Maybe a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star
The front desk staff were lovely but the rooms were below par, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room (you would expect to have bottled water in a 3 star hotel room), the shower and the toilet paper holder were both full of rust, one draw in the wardrobe didn’t close at all and the room was generally outdated.

Staff on reception were very warm and welcoming. Lovely room. Nice and spacious, little underwhelmed by the bath as the button to operate the jets wasn’t working properly. Would have been nice to have Netflix on the TV too!
