There is no reception at the self-service apartments, only security. Guests book and pay online in advance and contact the host in advance for personal access. We are available 24/7 for emergencies and are always ready to answer all your questions. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

If you want the beds to be split, please let us know, and housekeeping can provide extra sheets for you to separate the bed. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed, and this will be checked by our security team. A tourist tax of 3.5% may be charged. For long stays, mandatory weekly cleaning might be conducted. Communication is in English. Kindly note that there might be ongoing street constructions nearby.
