This property overall was not somewhere I’d stay again, it was not very clean. There was very obviously someone smoking in a room near by us and when we complained about it, it obviously still stunk because of the smoke in such a small area. We used the pool however it was not a clean area, the pool instead also was not very clean. The rooms are dated, the beds aren’t very comfortable and the parking is absolutely ridiculous. Overall I would never stay there again. Price is good but because of the parking it would been cheaper to book a more expensive room at a different hotel. overall it was just too dirty and staff was not necessarily nice.

It was supposed to be a family relaxation experience we looking forward for the pool and sauna. To our dissapointment, the sauna wasn’t working and the water was freezing cold. We even bought swimwears at the mall. And we also missed the info that it has no free parking, for a family of 5 it was inconvenient.

My reservation went like this. At 10am, i called the hotel because i was diagnosed with strep throat. Lady at the desk said to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who called the front desk and got hung up on. We were not asking for a refund, but to switch dates because i would be very contagious. From there, the back office called on their own and they wouldnt help at all, and to quote "were sticking to the decision". So you lost a client, it would have cost nothing to move the date. I could have come and infected your staff and guests but thats not a reasonable thing to do.
