Nice little house in the typical french countryside to have peacefull holidays!

Three hours from Paris by car, or two hours by train (the train station is 35km from the house, in the city of Nevers)

Little house made with ancient stones, very charming, with a great garden full of flowers and fruit trees, with a beautiful view on the countryside!

Two independant bedrooms, with double bed and arrangements, windows with a view on the garden. A big living room with a nice kitchen with all the facilities, and a big table to have meal for all the family! On the other side, a sofa (which can be used as a bed for two people) television and a big nice fireplace for fresh evenings...
There is one separate bathroom, with a shower, toilets, and washbasin, and one small room (which access is on the outside) which is a laundry with a washing-machine.

The house is very comfortable, and decorated in a French Vintage style.

vacances champetres a l'écart de la foule
Accueil et communication soignés de la part de Marie Joelle. La maison offre un extérieur bucolique très reposant. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais on s'y sent bien. Un peu a l'écart des points d'interet touristiques même si il y a de quoi s'occuper 1 semaine sans problème dans un rayon de 30mn en voiture. Belles balades au bord du canal, Chatillon, Decize, Nevers... Nous recommandons pour un séjour en famille ressourcant

Maison conforme au descriptif avec tout ce qu il faut notamment thé et café pour le 1er jour. Calme absolu. Plein de documentation sur la région et de belles balades à faire sur le canal.

Perfekte Erholung
Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Haus und Grundstück perfekt, sehr diskrete Gastgeber. Dass die Lage abgelegen ist, wussten wir logischerweise vorher. Wer also viel Tourismus und Rummel sucht ist hier falsch. Aber Erholung, Ruhe, Natur und der nächtliche Sternenhimmel sind garantiert. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind im Umkreis von 10km. Im Haus fehlt es an Nichts. Absolut zu empfehlen

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison, située dans un coin paisible, mais avec beaucoup de sorties possibles dans les environs. Hôte aux petits soins, très disponible et de bon conseil ! La semaine dans cette région est passée très rapidement, et nous avons très envie d'y retourner.

Rien ne manque
Petit gîte en pleine campagne très agréable où rien ne manque et où il fait bon se réfugier quand le soleil est trop fort. Le jardin est bien agréable, à l'ombre ou au soleil, comme il vous plaira. Ce gîte est “dog friendly”, à condition de bien respecter les règles minimales demandées par la propriétaire, ce qui est la moindre des choses tant les locations qui acceptent les chiens sont rares... Le jardin est bien clos, si ce n'est quelques mini-trous dans le grillage qu'un chien curieux de moins de 10kg se fera un plaisir de franchir pour aller voir ce qui se passe chez les voisins ☺️ L'environnement propose de nombreuses balades, à pied dans les forêts ou au bord des étangs et à vélo le long du canal du Nivernais. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Goede vakantiewoning
Prima contact met vriendelijke verhuurder. Goede woning waarbij alles aanwezig is. Ligging zeer rustig, maar dat was ook de bedoeling. We hebben een serieus persoonlijk probleem gehad, waarbij de Franse buren, vrienden van de verhuurder, klaarstonden om ons te helpen.

la jolie maison aux volets bleus aux portes du Morvan
Accueil très agréable de Mme Lancelot, avec des horaires d'arrivée et départ forts appréciables. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette très jolie maison de pays que j'ai a-do-rée! C'est rare de trouver une location à un prix aussi abordable où les lits sont faits, les charges comprises, des vélos à disposition et en + des produits locaux offerts. L'agencement de la maison, son confort, le jardin fleuri et ombragé... bref, tout est extra! la proximité des étangs et lacs, du Morvan, de petites villes à visiter et/ou pour faire des emplettes, un petit restaurant, tout cela complète le tableau de vacances idéales pour qui aime le calme, la nature et la bonne cuisine rurale!

Propriété au calme
Très bien pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, la propriété est très agréable.. En ce qui concerne l'équipement il serais bien d'avoir un frigo avec congélateur plutôt qu'avec freezer, cela ajouterais un plus pour le confort. C'est un lieu qu'il faut découvrir surtout qu il y a de quoi visiter les environs (ex: randonnées avec parcours) Nous avons bien appréciez ce séjour malgré la canicule.

Cette petite maison est très confortable pour 2 personnes, rien ne manque et on s'y sent comme chez soi. Parfait pour les personnes recherchant le calme et la tranquilité. De nombreuses ballades au départ du gîte. Possibilité de faire ses courses sans passer par la case supermaché, une maraîchère bio et une petite boutique de produits bio et locaux se trouvent à moins de 5 km, c'est top. La propriétaire est charmante. La région est très belle et donne envie d'y retourner.

Ein Kleinod zum Verlieben - und ein dringender Reisetipp!
Wir empfehlen dringend dieses entzückende, kleine Haus, wenn Sie Ruhe, Erholung, Entschleunigung und Abstand vom Alltag suchen. Das Haus ist zwar klein, es bietet aber wirklich alles, was man für einen "runden" und gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Darüber hinaus ist es sehr sauber und mit wertigen Möbeln eingerichtet. Gelegen in einem Weiler, ist das Haus umgeben von hügeligen Feldern und Wäldern, man hört nur ab und zu die Charolais-Rinder - und nachts glaubt man, der Sternenhimmel fällt auf einen herab, ein unglaublich schönes Schauspiel. Es gibt eine Vielzahl interessanter Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, sie sind allerdings nicht derart spektakulär, dass man in Stress gerät, wenn man die Besichtigung ausließe. Man sollte wissen, dass man viel mit dem Auto fährt - ob zum Bäcker, zum schönen Badeteich oder in die nächsten Ortschaften. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht, da die Landschaft sehr interessant ist und die französichen Radiosender viel gute, französische Musik spielen. Insgesamt war die Bourgogne eine Entdeckung - und zwar ausdrücklich nicht der viel häufiger beschriebene Osten mit Dijon etc. sondern gerade der Westen. Wir können dieses Kleinod nur weiterempfehlen und geben sehr gerne 5 Sterne. Eine Anmerkung noch: Die Vermieterin, Mme Lancelot (und der nette Nachbar, der uns beim Wechseln der Gasflasche geholfen hat) sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Traumhaftes Landhäuschen in ländlicher Einsiedelei
Unser Aufenthalt in Méas-Tintury Ende Juni 2018 war wunderbar – nicht nur wegen der Abgeschiedenheit des Häuschens, einer zauberhaften Landschaft, Dörfern in der steinernen Originalität der Region, der Stille, daß die fernen Frösche nachts ein reges Gesangkonzert abgeliefert haben, vor allem wegen der liebevollen und stilvollen Einrichtung des Hausstands war unser Urlaub äußerst erholsam und angenehm, eines Hausstands, der wirkte und komplett war, als hätten die Eigentümer ihr Heim nur für ein paar Stunden verlassen, denn es fehlte nichts, an alles war gedacht und befand sich in bester Ordnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Darum können wir das Häuschen mit seinem wunderschönen Garten nur empfehlen!

Très jolie maison au calme et proche de nombreuses ballades que ce soit en forêt ou autour du lac. On trouve tout ce que l on veut dans les villages alentours et la region est magnifique . Merci à madame lancelot pour son accueil et son organisation . Une location que je recommande vivement.
