Feeling drained like my bath
Upon first glance the room seemed nice and clean, very spacious too, also The bathroom was nice and tidy. A few things started to turn up that wasnā€™t how Iā€™d hope a room would be, listed below are what we experienced: 1. We started to run a bath, and once the bath water was shut off we noticed the water was starting to drain(even though the plug was pressed down). It would not stay full, it just kept draining. Upon closer inspection it appears the plug was missing some sort of washer to stop the water draining out. 2. The walls are super thin! Like crazy thin, I could hear the people next door as clear as day and Iā€™m sure they could probably say the exact same about how thin the walls were. 3. The door to our room seemed to have a large gap between the door and the floor of the room. This was letting in a lot of light and also made me uncomfortable as you could easily fit a small hand under the gap. 4. The bed we were expecting to arrive to was a king size bed. However we had two single beds put together. Whilst this isnā€™t the end of the world, it was very uncomfortable and irritating as my wife kept finding herself slipping between the two. Itā€™s a shame as upon pulling up I had high hopes as the surrounding grounds looked lovely and secluded. We just didnā€™t get much rest and unfortunately would not recommend a deluxe double room just down to the noise and the bed situation mostly.

Really good for the price, booked one of the deluxe rooms mid week. Big showers big rooms, new enough TVs, access to the gym and swimming pool. Had a meal at the restaurant which was nice too. There was some kids running about on the halls but it stopped early enough.

A disappointing overall experience.
The hotel charged me for the stay. Thankfully I later realised that I had already paid through you and was able to get a refund! The room was lovely and clean. The aura treatments were great. Didn't use the pool because it didn't feel inviting, I was looking for calm and relaxed. Similarly the restaurant had loud pop/club music which was really off putting whilst trying to enjoy an evening meal & breakfast. I already have another stay booked but I won't be returning after that.

Easy access into your rooms
If you are a female solo traveller, I would say avoid this hotel. Not only was it covered in mould in the bathroom, with the toilet not properly cleaned, the vent clogged with dust, and the soap holder all grimy, but the main problem for me was that there was an unlocked pair of doors that opened into the next guest's room (giving some random person access to my room if they wanted it)!! So incredibly unsafe. Safe to say, I barely slept and was worried all night.

Found room boiling due they had activated central heating and can not be controlled room by room. Receptionist said "this is England". Also rooms had no isolation and no door seal, so you will hear doors banging all the time from other clients.

We stayed for one night and wanted somewhere easily reachable from 2 visits we were making over 2 days. This location was convenient and also quiet for a good nights rest. We didnā€™t use the restaurant. We used the pool facilities in the morning. Which was lovely and clean. The hot tub was out of order though which was a shame as I was looking forward to it. The bedroom was clean and modern with everything you need for a good rest. Lots of parking.
