Interesting place! Great if youā€™re staying a few nights and will use the facilities, but they close early (dinner at 8pm and pool at 7pm for example) so you might not get to use them if stopping for one night. Stayed in June, and the bedroom was very hot all night. The area is beautiful, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Go for the hiking and scenery; stay for the dining
We chose Rechenmachers Rosengarten for the location, and clicked through to the 1/2 board dining option almost by accident, but were glad we did! The walls in central staircase in the hotel are extensively decorated with cooking certificates and awards going back many years: and it was clear after the second day that many guests had elected to stay a week or so just for the service and dining. Meals were varied, creative and consistently delicious. The facilities are clean and contemporary, the service is multilingual and exceptionally tolerant when guests want to try out a second language. We were pleased to discover that the property is located directly on a major hiking path, Wanderweg 15, (Panoramaweg) that connects the Rosengarten massif with the town of Welschnofen below.

La comida deliciosa. La habitaciĆ³n cĆ³moda e impecable. Hay estacionamiento sin costo. Forzosamente se necesita coche porque no hay nada cerca. La chica rubia joven de recepciĆ³n es muy acelerada y no nos dejĆ³ tomar una manzana del buffet de la cena, que ya estaba listo pero no abrĆ­a hasta una hora despuĆ©s, gran falta de criterio. Llegamos hambrientas despuĆ©s de un largo trayecto en coche y aĆŗn asĆ­ dijo que no. En cuanto llegamos nos preguntĆ³ si querĆ­amos cenar ahĆ­ y le dijimos que si. Nos explicĆ³ que podĆ­amos escoger de entre dos opciones de entrada, plato fuerte y postre. Pero no nos dijo que el buffet de ensalada era tan copioso, asĆ­ que decidimos cancelar el plato fuerte, que era lo Ćŗnico otro que habĆ­amos pedido. Se molestaron pero fue por darnos una explicaciĆ³n tan rĆ”pida y mala. El que fue sĆŗper amable fue un mesero como de 30 aƱos, muy atento y rĆ”pido, siempre pendiente de nuestra mesa. La otra mesera, una chica alta rubia nos ignoraba y no venĆ­a a la mesa. En conjunto la pasamos muy bien, pero ellas dos pueden mejorar si se dedican a la hospitalidad.

- der Service beim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist in jedem zwei Sterne Hotel besser. Wenn etwas leer ist, dauert es mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis etwas aufgefĆ¼llt ist, auch bei Nachfrage. Ab 9:30 wird nichts mehr aufgefĆ¼llt, obwohl das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck bis 10:00 geht. - die Auswahl ist nicht grĆ¶ĆŸte aber die QualitƤt des Essens ist gut. - sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption - sehr schƶne Einrichtung des Hotels - super Lage

Direkt in den Bergen gelegen und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind perfekt und warm eingerichtet. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfĆ¼llt. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck und das Abendessen waren hervorragend.

Wir waren nur fĆ¼r einen kurzen Zwischenstop im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich jedoch etwas hellhƶrig. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war in Ordnung. Hier sollte man aber keine zu groƟen AnsprĆ¼che stellen, wenn man andere Buffets gewohnt ist. Ansonsten war die Auswahl ganz okay. Der Spa/Sauna Bereich wirkte etwas betagt. Es gab einen Whirlpool, Dampfbad und zwei Saunen. Der Poolbereich ist Ć¼berschaubar. Es sollten eigentlich ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit keine Kinder mehr erlaubt sein, daran wurde sich nicht gehalten und auch nicht kontrolliert, das hat bei der Entspannung etwas gestƶrt leider, da es sehr laut war. Das geht fĆ¼r mich persƶnlich gar nicht. Lage sehr ruhig, jedoch mit Gebirgsbach, wer es komplett ruhig mag, den wird das stƶren.
