Haven in the Hinterzarten
Lovely property-comfortable bed, spacious room, fine breakfast and the best part - the spa and grounds. We will be back for some more luxurious relaxation.

A quick escape to relax.
Very friendly service and beautiful surroundings. We wish we could have been there on the day the “Oscars” restaurant was open. But the other restaurant was very nice and Cafe Diva was relaxing. The pool area was enjoyable especially when enjoy the outdoor view.

Third time there and will return.
Very nice hotel with friendly service and people. Beautiful location with picturesque surroundings especially with the snow cover. Dinner was delicious and the children were very welcomed.

Would skip visiting the area
The hotel park is not very well maintained. The hotel cafe Diva only offered a german menu ( its good to be proud of your language but if you are in tourism business you need to accomodate for tourist who might not speak the language ). The waitress didnt even bother to translate what the menu offered even though she spoke English. The only smiling face was Thomas in the reception. He was very helpful and welcoming.

Park Adler / Fairytale hotel
It was magical, whimsical and wonderful every step of the way. We couldn't complain about a thing! The staff was so kind and friendly and fun. The sad thing was that we had to leave . You must stay there if your in the Black Forest:)

Lovely hotel in a rural area. Two issues: 1) no wifi in rooms during our stay. They were expecting it to be fixed in a few days. However, we had to go to the lobby in order to use wifi. 2) No air conditioning, and it was very hot during one day of our stay. They did bring us a fan.

Enjoyable, beautifu hotel and excellent service. Our suite was spacious and elegant. A few problems with the language barrier when ordering meals but ended up with a delicious dinner

das hotel war sehr eindrucksvoll und stylisch eingerichtet👏modern mit alt…und vorallem die verschiedenen essensräume waren super schön eingerichtet und es war somit obwohl es viele gäste im hotel hatte sehr ruhig beim essen. wunderschöner park👌das essen war herrlich und die zimmer modern eingerichtet. hunde erlaubt das gefiel uns. einziger mangel für zwei hunde pro tag 45 euro und was dabei war nur zwei badetücher für vier tage (wurde nicht erneuert obwohl die sehr schmutzig waren) 🥹 und futternäpfe. uns fehlte ein kühlschrank für futtermittel und allenfalls eine aussen hundedusche. aber ansonsten gefiel es und so gut wir gehen wieder☺️und die wanderwege und natur ist unglaublich 💪
