Visit to santas village
Right in the center with parking which made it very convenient. Room was large. Bathroom bit antiquated but very clean. Linens were fine. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinion of that.

El hotel muy bonito, no me quieren emitir la factura por el hospedaje a pesar de que ahí pagué, directo, el calentador de la habitación no servía, muy ruidoso desde las 7 de la mañana el personal moviendo sillas, mesas. Le falta capacitación al personal. Nada amables.

Lo único que le faltó es q tengan calefacción en las habitaciones . Estuvimos a 5grados Celsius y de verdad estaba muy muy frío en la hab .

Todo me pareció muy bien. Lo único es que estaba muy triste todo cerrado. Están remodelando o reparando mobiliario. Al parecer solo los fines de semana hay movimiento. Pero en general bien. Muchas gracias. El personal con mucha disposición. Excelente actitud.
