The Space:
Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted by the warmth of an open-concept main level, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The well-appointed living space is complemented by large windows that flood the area with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. One of the bedrooms on this level boasts sliding glass doors that open directly onto the deck, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living. A full bathroom with laundry facilities adds convenience to your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable retreat.
Venture upstairs to discover two additional bedrooms and a loft area that provides extra sleeping space. Beach/pool access: $12/day per person gets you access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.
In winter months we strongly recommend for you to have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. While we have paved roads and a paved driveway there is a chance for lots of snow to fall and having AWD or 4x4 will help you greatly.
We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.
Any last-minute bookings within 4 days of check in will be subject to a $75 late fee imposed by the community.
Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party.
The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc., grocery items guests are responsible for such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc.
We do not supply life jackets
