This hotel is above average with some short comings. It's location is close to airport via shuttle which is great. However, there is limited access to public transportation and restaurants near by. They are almost all about 15 min walk to more which make can be difficult for seniors or walking challenges. Another issue is you cannot check-in earlier even though you don't need to get into room.

it does the job if you want to get to the airport as it has shuttles . overall it was clean and room was big compared to anything in tokyo. Breakfast buffet is nice and has enough variety. room could use some love, ours had small details that makes you wonder why they dont fix them One example is the window curtains had some holes in it i guess from being old. It is not a luxury hotel but stuff like that makes you feel they dont take care of the place.

This hotel is close to Narita airport, and has a shuttle that runs every half hour. I found it to be clean and quiet.

To be fair, we only stayed one night and we arrived quite late in the evening. We did some google searches for restaurants or convenience stores near by and were underwhelmed by the options. Hotel itself and amenities were average. They did have an incredible Halloween display though!

We only stay at Narita Tobu hotel as our transit stay from Taiwan to Vancouver. The hotel room was very spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel was very close to the Narita airport. We could see Terminal 2 from our room. Will stay again if we need another transit stay in Tokyo
