Cozy room ekimae!
Loved this place! After we left to go to other areas of Japan, we constantly talked about how much we wanted to come back to stay here! The onsen was amazing and we went almost every night. The tv could tell us how crowded it was too! It was nice having the bed made and new towels every 3 days. Every day would be too much. We didn't realize how amazing staying at a place with ekimae in the title would be until we didn't. The convenience of being near the station in unmatched! Bathroom was very small and so was the room, but it was cozy and nice so it didn't really matter. All the employees we came across were very friendly and helpful. They even let us use the phone since we couldn't call a local number with our nonlocal phones. Would love to stay again!!!

I like the convenient location for shopping, dining and transportation. Ms. Saito was very helpful when I asked about weighing my luggage, thanks to her I was able to determine when to stop shopping. I forgot to ask if there any limousine bus stop near by to Narita Airport. It would been so much easier than taking a train back to Narita since I had two luggage with me. Thank you Saito-san for your assistance.

The hotel is 1 minute walk from/to train station. The only issue I have is the train ride to central areas like Shibuya and Tokyo take about 30mins. The hotel have English speaking staff which makes it easier to arrange for luggage forwarding to the airport., which is about $25/each. They give you new towels every day! I would stay at APA hotel again!

Solo traveler second stay at a APA Hotel chain.
This was my second stay in japan.The first one was in osaka, the second one being.This one isn't tokyo. APA hotel is a chain that I truly recommend and trust. Super friendly staff and it's willing to help me out in any way possible.

One train stations from the shinkensan Shinagawa station. Their Jacuzzi-Onsen is top notch. I am definitely stay here again.

Close to station. I see how the owner considers to make sure all guests are satisfied. Establishing of big bath areas are new. I suppose APA got idea from Donny Inn. Availability of Landry is a big plus

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The only problem is the bathroom drainage is poor. It takes a bit of time to drain off the water after showers. But overall this hotel is very good, I will stay here again next time.

Perfect for one person on a solo trip. Very comfortable room but note that you do have to complete one step to enter the bathroom. During cleaning it was noted that the desk was not wiped down. However, plentiful supply of towels etc given each day. The onsen space was nice but could have used cleaning more frequently considering the amount of traffic going to/from.
