The hotel was in a very convenient place, close to Shibuya crossing, shopping and transit. The only thing i didn't like was the room was very small. Other than that, a great place to stay

The room was pretty small and the bed sheets were dirty every single time they changed it you can see that the sheets are still dirty with light.

Staff are great and location is close by to the square but other than that, it is really dirty. I woke up really itchy and come to realize the sheets were dirty. Throughout my week of stay, i started getting bites. it was so bad i had to spend another night in another hotel to recover.

Staff are nice but the room was terribly small for the price paid at $300 , I was getting cluster phobic, didn’t feel like returning to our room after a long day out, couldn’t wait to check out. The staff was kind enough to give a room with a window but room was way tooo small.

Rooms are small but that is what I expected. The location near the Shibuya station is great but the ongoing construction at the station somewhat makes it a little harder to find. Free movies in the room and free breakfast are pluses.

My 1st time in Tokyo and I definitely picked the right hotel. It’s a 5/10 walk from the 109 building and scramble square. The train station is also about the same distance. A lot of the bars and restaurants speak some English.

This places was perfect in terms of location very close to shibuya crossing like an 8 minute walk. I enjoyed staying here we even booked an extra night here. the only con is that the rooms are very small, but that is anywhere in tokyo. Breakfast was good always looked forward to the fluffy bread. I would stay here again.
