Staff was awesome! And the rooms were very very clean. We accidentally booked smoking rooms without knowing and the lady at the reception did everything possible to change us to a non-smoking room for the entire stay. The hotel was so well placed. Literally 2 minutes from the Asakusa-Mitsune station which gave us access to all the main areas of Tokyo with little to no transfers.

Personally I really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a quiet area, it was a 2-minute walk to the station, there was a family Mart and several restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly, they spoke English, the cleaning staff was attentive, my room was big. The only thing I had issue with was the internet which went out all the time. I didn't ask about it, but yeah it wasn't a very stable connection so my phone was always disconnecting. But overall, I would totally stay here again

Nice active area, the downside is that it's a little loud in the morning and at night. Quieted down around 12 so not too bad, but something to be mindful of. The shower is nice and had an overhead nozzle, but I couldnt see a way to turn that on so just used the regular shower head

Was a great place to stay in the Akasaka area. Close to restaurants, shopping and metro. Nice walk to the Imperial Palace and Gardens. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Added bonus was the cooler filled with water in the lobby that you could use at any time.

A great location with plenty of convenient stores and restaurants near by. 2 minute walk from metro with access to lines that take you to all the top spots you will be seeing on your trip. My room was a single, double bed and was very small. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to repack it everyday so you have room to walk. Staff was friendly, free water stocked at all times in lobby, small breakfast with bread and cereal in lobby. Down side is it is dirty. Room was dirty and beat up. Mold on the window sill and curtains. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Hallway smelled and was musty every day.
