I selected this property to spend my last few nights in Tokyo because the area is quiet and near public transportation. It is a convenient location within walking distance of Sensoji Temple, Sumida River, and Tokyo Skytree. There are many small restaurants in the neighborhood, and larger dining options available nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. This is a smaller hotel, and it is perfect for a solo traveler who needs a rest point. I would stay again.

The room was small but it was fine for one person. It was close to the railways and it was inexpensive.

There is not really a person to check you in, or if you have questions, at this location. Room was clean, but small. The double bed was big enough for 2 larger people, but the tub is very high to step into the shower. The room that is for 2 people, could have used 2 chairs. There was one. The bed is agains the wall so if someone has to get up at night, be prepared to climb over. These are just practical things. The property and nice and we enjoyed out stay.

Very good location. Staff were friendly. 5-7 minute walk to train station depending on where you are going. Breakfast was the same all 4 days we were there with slight variations but was yummy. The breakfast location is on the other APA hotel which is like 2 minutes walk. The room was small but functional and efficient. They provided us with all the amenities that we need. The room is designed well given the lack of space.

We stayed in a corner window room overlooking the river and Skytree. Great views. Room is small but very functional, very comfortable and very clean. Helpful staff at front desk (English speaking). Easy access from Narita via Ueno on the Skyliner. You can walk or train to hotel. Would stay here again.

Double twin room was a nice size, with even a bit of a sitting area which was good for eating in the room. Felt luxurious for the price. Nice amenities. There are two APA hotels very close to each other (like a block away) so be aware.
