No fan in the bathroom so it gets smelly and mouldy. The building is smelly. There is only one set of washing machine and dryer. The washing machine was very dirty so we couldn’t use it. The lobby area is very small and many guests were waiting there. Overall it felt like a hostel rather than a hotel.

Rooms smelled like mold walls are dirty and have water stains. Was only in hotel for less then 1 hour didn’t want to give refund after letting them know one of my child’s is allergic to mold and another room wasn’t going to fix the issue because it was a hotel issue. Worse experience of my trip.

The property is very closed to two rail lines, and two more about a 10 minute walk. It is really easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from the hotel and Tokyo station is about 30 minutes away by rail. The staff is super friendly. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our stay very much.
