This place was a great location to end our trip to Japan. They had a free shuttle to the airport and to Tokyo Disney, which made it very convenient if you were going to Tokyo Disney. The place was over the top, and it was terrific. However, the biggest downside of this location was not the tourism that comes there, but the three elevators they had were the most significant daily bottleneck. Getting up and down was nearly impossible, and there were always enormous lineups for breakfast, but my experience was terrific, and I would go there and stay there as bad as other hotels are

Great stay! The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the convenient shuttle to the Disney parks. We also loved the convenience store attached to the lobby. Made it easy for a quick meal and snacks.

The price we paid for the 5 night stay was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly. The property is nicely maintained. The only downside is its location. Because we were doing DIY travel, we had to ride the public bus to the train station(2.3 km/1.4 miles) to get to our sight see locations. There were free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland though. The whole area felt like a ghost town when we first arrived.

I have excellent experience at this hotel. If I'm gonna go to Tokyo, I'd like to go to that hotel. As Individual experience, I hope to finding shutle bus stop is more easily. (First day, it's very hard...ㅠㅠ)

Please do not think of Comfort Suites in the US when you see the name. This place is great, probably one of the best cared for mid-market hotels I've ever visited. The staff is friendly & helpful, the facilities are very well kept, the breakfast option is great and varied. The only things I would like to see better is (1) the shuttle is a full 30 minutes to Disney. Not sure if the hotel or Expedia made this mistake but it's listed as 7 minutes. (2) the TV - we could never get connected to it and since it only streams from your device, we never had TV - though that probably kept us from wasting time at the hotel.

Well located if You are planning Disney Tokio. Shuttle to and from Disney. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is only for breakfast but conveniente atore qith food and drinks.

The staff was very helpful. Stored our luggage while we went to Disneyland on our check in day. Very friendly. Took advantage of the direct to taxi phone in the lobby and the convenience store that was open late for drinks and snacks.

We stay here to visit Disney land. The hotel have transportation to bring guest to Disney parks, but not to subway stations or airports which made our stay not so enjoyable. Overalll we love the hotel because we only stay for two days to go to Disney.

A wonderful place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disneysea! The decor is very fun, the rooms are spacious and clean, the park across the street is a lovely relief after the bustle of Disney and having a Lawson adjacent the lobby makes it easy to grab a quick meal. Checking in and out was a breeze and you can’t beat that shuttle in and out of the Disney properties. I traveled only with a partner and not a family, but I think it would be a lovely stay in either case.
