Really great little hotel in great location. Short walk to 3 train stations as well as local grocer, 7/11 and Family Mart. Stayed with two teenagers and used as a central base to explore Tokyo. Stayed in comfortable and well equipped triple room - with spce for 3 suitcases. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Loved our stay ❤️

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is convenient - 1 minute from Shin Nihonbashi (JO line), 10 from Mitsukoshimae (Metro Ginza and Hanzomon lines) 10 minute walk from Kanda station (other JR lines), making it only 15 minutes train ride to Tokyo Station and under 30 minutes away from Shibuya/Shinjuku/Asakusa. Would stay again!

Amazing tempura restaurant 1 minute walk away that dates to 1888, 4 generations in tge same family. Many other eateries walking distance. Hotel staff very courteous, dutiful & helpful, veru personable (unlike colder staffs in begger hotels) > boutique-y in the best sense of the word

Hotel is nicely maintained and it is very clean. Staff were great, communication was easy, very helpful and spoke English. Someone is available 24 hours which is great for safety. I would highly recommend staying here.

Solo female traveler. This was a safe area but the nearest station is not very convenient to connect to other JR or metro line. Ginza station is about 10 mins away. It’s walking distance from Coredo 1,2, and 3 so lots of food and shopping option. The 3 star is for the early check out at 10am, they charge 2500 yen per hour if you want late check out. I also had to move room twice, once for an upgrade bc my original room was wayyyy to small then the upgraded room toilet did not flush. Only 3 washer and there’s always a line at end of day. Did not use restaurant connected to it, they didn’t advertise it well, and it’s always empty. Staff is very nice and helpful (thank you for everything) but the amenities and location do not justify the price.

Having a public bath (onsen) right in the hotel is a total game changer for me. I can get used to this. Great location, there is a number of convenient stores nearby (with ATM), close to metro/JR.

While rooms are small by western standards, that’s to be expected in Tokyo (or Japan in general) :) Front desk staff are courteous and helpful, and we had no problems communicating. Best thing for us was location - right next to JR station, and one stop away from Tokyo station for early morning Shinkansen. Other subway lines stations are within walking distance too, for exploring the city. One of the nights we dined at the restaurant downstairs and the food was awesome, plus not expensive, great if you don’t have energy at the end of the day to go out.

Stayed here our first night in Tokyo. They held our luggage prior to check-in as we roamed the city. We walked to Akihabara (about 15-20min), and the streets were quiet. Staff was polite. Breakfast was available. Self-checkout through kiosk.

Located in a business area of Tokyo this hotel offers an excellent service in a quieter location. Easy to shop, walk the street and a number of train stations are nearby. Hotel facilities are excellent and staff are very willing to assist.
