The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful, and many spoke english which made communication very easy for check in and check out. The room had very good light blocking curtains, and was very quiet. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and had all the required amenities. The bed however was unfortunately so uncomfortable I could barely sleep even after a 9 hour flight, the pillows were so firm and tall that my neck was aching all through the next day 😭 otherwise the stay was very good, but ouch.

The room is small but comfortable and clean. It is close to the airport, but not the most convenient, as you still need to take the train for one stop to the terminals.

They need to get rid of the “automated kiosks only” check in/ check out. Very cumbersome and unintuitive. There are many staff standing by to assist with the kiosk so not sure how this saves time or manpower.

Very beautiful property that’s conveniently placed very close to the HANEDA airport. Everything was very clean and new. The lobby and area around was very quiet and not super busy. Staff was very amazing as well. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the dining options and how far away the nearest convenience store was..

The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. Price is reasonable. Near the airport. Shuttle service to drop off customers to the airport but not from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast included with variety of food and drinks.

One last night in Japan
Very pleasant stay. I needed to stay one extra night because my flight was a day after my friends flights. This hotel was super close with shuttle service to the airport. The staff was amazing and helpful. One of the ladies actually bowed upon me leaving the reception area. The most pleasant stay I've had in a hotel ever but I also think being in Japan was a good reasoning behind it. They just go the extra mile there in all ways. I highly recommend this hotel. 🇯🇵
