Staff were so friendly! We enjoyed our stay. They also had free shaved ice from 3-5 pm, then free alcohol after that and free noodle from 8-10 pm. I would say only down side was the bed was a bit hard for our preference. But the price was affordable and we were satisfied.

I chose a very small room so I will not make any negative comments about that, the room was perfect for what I paid for. I enjoyed the rooftop lounge and the facility was extremely clean. Would definitely stay again but I would choose a bigger room.

A little far from trains
Hotel was quiet and in a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurant options within a couple of blocks. Rooms weren’t the smallest I’ve experienced in Tokyo but they weren’t huge by any means. At least large enough to be able to leave my suitcase out and not tuck it away in a corner in order to move around. Hotel might be a little far for some from the train stations. The nearest is about a 10-15 minute walk and the Ginza line is probably 20 minutes with a pretty steep hill.

Not a bad hotel, but very small rooms, and a busted lamp. When I checked out I could not find my other room card. The charged me 2000 yen (about $13) for that cheap plastic card. Never had a hotel in 50 years of traveling do that.

My family stayed at Akasaka Sui Hotel for 10 days and we were happy each day being greeted by the excellent and friendly staff who were always available to help out when needed. Rooms were cleaned every other day and towels were always readily available. They provided a 'Happy Hour' with complimentary drinks. The hotel's nearest transit station is 'Harry Potter' themed and it was such an amazing station with a Harry Potter Cafe. (I'm not even a fan, but thought it was so cool :). There are nearby cafes, bakeries and a delicious ramen resto! Nice quiet area to 'come home to' after a busy day. All in all, a great hotel especially at the price we managed to get. On our last day, we got photos with the staff and loved how they bowed to honour guests as they departed from their hotel. Thank you!!! :)
