Hotel Sunroute Ginza was a fantastic stay - the hotel was clean, quiet and safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included and the food was great - we opted to have dinner there one night too which was also delicious. Thank you Sunroute Ginza for a great stay!

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks and didn't have a single issue. After reading the reviews before booking and it did give me some concerns such as poor wi-fi and small rooms. I didn't have a single problem wi-fi and the rooms were on the smaller side, but it didn't leave me feeling cramped.

Clean hotel that is nearby a lot of attractions by a 10-15 min walk. It is really just a place to sleep with no extra amenities. Only downside is how tiny the single rooms are as you won't be able to lay down your suitcase fully on the ground. Felt slightly claustrophobic.

The rooms while not big, were great for two people. Short distance to public transportation and luxury brand stores if interested in shopping. We enjoyed the clean room, AC was great and was needed in September. Overall, enjoyed tour stay and nice staff. Check-in was easy.

Will definitely stay here again if we go to tokyo. Its conveniently close to the subway station, room is clean, sound proof room, staff are nice and lots of restaurants around the area. There is an awesome ramen shop across the hotel cheap and delicious. The only downside is its a typical tokyo hotel, it is very. Tiny space if you have a lot of luggage. But over all convenient and a good affordable hotel.
