The perfect hotel for those who just need a place to keep their stuff, sleep at night and go explore during the day. Transport options are so convenient from this location and the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the only issue I found was certain areas in my room not being the cleanest, such as stains on the mirror, but apart from that, the hotel was exactly what I needed for my trip, Would definitely stay again.

The staff was super friendly. The only issue we had was the logistics of the room. We knew it was small, but they could have maximized the space usage more with drawers in empty spaces. But besides that everything else was absolutely perfect.

A bit disappointing
I was disappointed with the hotel. We've stayed here for a long time. First with our family and then by ourselves, for about 6 days. At first the price was very appealing, but it shot up after a while. On our last day we asked for a late check out and were told it would cost 1000 yen. When I got down to pay, the lady in the front desk claimed she said 1760 yen since we were two people. So I must have misheard her. Maybe. But I think it was an incredibly high price to pay for an one hour late check out. The hotel is generally nice. We had a bit of a problem with one room, where the sink was clogged, but were transferred to another room after we complained. The lobby is good for working. Spacious with a lot of electric sockets. Location is nearby a train and the airport limousine. Would've given it four stars if not for the late checkout fee.
