Location is great between popular neighborhoods and attractions. There is public transportation very close to it, also multiple restaurants a 7/11 right outside. Staff was friendly and easy check in. I would recommend it if you dont want to be in a crazy part of tokyo where you can relax after a long day.

This hotel is so clean and the staff go above and beyond to help you. It is a traveller friendly hotel and it had washing facility’s on site. A 711 downstairs to for snacks and drink at any time day or night. The train stations were a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were super spacious and clean! I definitely recommend staying here!

This was the first time that I’ve stayed in Akasaka, and I’m really glad that I did. The rooms were very clean and bigger than I had expected, and the location was very central, with easy subway connections to both Meiji Jingu and Ueno park. There’s also a very cool Harry Potter subway station entrance nearby if that’s your thing. Definitely staying again the next time I travel to central Tokyo.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was nice and clean. The room was quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo . The breakfast was nice though it had smaller selection than other ones, it was still very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, lots of food around.

Great hotel, very convenient and new!
2nd trip to Japan, decided to stay in Akasaka and we really enjoyed it. Quieter than Shinjuku and Shibuya but with a TON of nearby restaurants and things to do. Excellent metro access as well. Staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and very up to date. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay at VIA Inn, the room was clean and while small it was still larger than other tokyo hotels we've stayed at. The location is perfect, there's a 7-11 in the building and it's location between 3 stations gives it great access to the most important lines including the G, C, M and N line. While it's quiet there's plenty of eating and drinking options nearby including some late dinning.

Great hotel in the perfect location
Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in September, pre-booked. Staff were amazing and very accommodating, especially with an early check-in when our flight arrived early. Everything is very professional, nicely decorated and high-tec. Staff were particularly attentive for room service, always providing fresh towels and bedding (to the extent that if we didn't need room service on a day, they would leave a bag of fresh towels outside the room each day). I also enjoyed having easy access to the downstairs 7-eleven and access to the hotel spa! The hotel is very well situated with easy approx. 5-10 min walk to a couple different underground stations which got us anywhere we needed to go in (and out) of the city. Food in the area is also phenomenal. My only downside is that there isn't too much storage in the room, so for the long stay that I had, this was a little issue, but remember this is quite common with japanese hotels (that the rooms are a little on the small side). Would stay again!

Very good location, close to three metro stops. 7Eleven on the ground floor is a bonus. Staff are great. Public bath/onsen onsite is a game-changer, very clean and serene. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely come back.

This hotel was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are some dining options nearby but we chose this place due to the proximity to multiple transit lines. It was very convenient to get anywhere across the city. The 7eleven on the first floor was great as well.

Check in was seamless. Staff were all very helpful. 7/11 attached to the hotel on the first floor was really handy. Only minor complaint was our double room was very small. Bed was comfortable but not much space to navigate in the room with 2 suitcases.

This property is full of amenities, laundry service, bath & spa, complimentary toiletries, self-check in and self-check out stations, and a 7/11 connected right beside the hotel. I love how spacious the rooms were, and I enjoyed using the public bath (no tattoos signage were put up). I'm not sure if it is the same for all the other rooms, but there was one annoyance - the light at the doorway is only triggered by motion (no light switch), and it turns off every 10 seconds or so, making it very hard to do my makeup and to dress up with the doorway mirror.
