This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We love how quiet, and clean the area is. The hotel room is large enough for 4 adults and the staff is extremely accommodating. I’ll book again the next time I’m there!

We had a fantastic stay at Koko Hotel Residence Asakusa! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from popular attractions like Senso-ji Temple and surrounded by several 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart stores. Unlike in western nations, these convenience stores are impressively well stocked – perfect for grabbing a full meal when you don't feel like venturing far. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, with everything well maintained, and the amenities provided made our stay even more comfortable. There's a station downstairs stocked with essentials like coffee, toothbrushes, and more, which was super handy. We travelled as a family with young children, and the hotel was perfect for us, but I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Great hotel for families, it has everything needed! It has a washer/dryer and a small kitchenette (including fridge, small oven, microwave and kettle). The staffs were kind and always ready to help!

There are 2 Koko Hotels in Asakusa and we went to the wrong one first. Liked the combination of western style beds and tatami rooms. Liked the apato style room with snall kitchenette. The front staff was very helpful with our takyubin. Communications were good

Ginza Line is just few minutes walk away from the hotel. Which is 1 stop away from Asakusa. The room is big for a family of 4. It is also clean and has good supply of toiletries and kitchen stuff too. although maybe 1 out of 4 chance of having difficulty in communicating, The staff are very accomodating and nice. They assisted me in my luggage transfer to Osaka.

The property was clean and well equipped with easy access to the Ginza line. Our family felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming and arranged our transportation to the airport. We appreciated the free coffee and amenities provided.
