Excellent location within walking distance to train stations and shopping town, especially the SkyTree shopping centre. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a junior deluxe room. Could barely open our suitcases. I know Tokyo hotel rooms tend to be small but I hoped they would be a bit bigger once you got out of the city center. Also, the hotel is close to Asakusa but relatively far from everywhere else in Tokyo, such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. It's easy to get there by train but the travel time does add up. Would stay again if the price is right.

Conveniently located next to the Skytree and Oshiage Station. The sushi restaurant is below, and neighbouring to the skytree restaurants and shops. Next to a shopping mart too to get the food and breakfast. Easy to also take the airport limousine. Laundry could be done at 800 yen per wash and dry clean.

Our room had a view of Skytree which I specifically picked. I loved this hotel and area. Breakfast buffet was a good price for 1,800 yen. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had it a few times during our 8-night stay. Skytree is just a very short walking distance away, with all the shopping and restaurants. Oshiage station is next door. PJ is provided and fresh towels are provided daily. Trash picked up daily. There’s scheduled normal cleaning a few days into arrival. Front desk was a great help getting us a taxi to the airport. She even helped us carry our luggage, which I felt bad for. I wish I got her name. Thank you, Keisei, for a great stay!!!

Loved this property! Easy walk to the sky tree, that we could also see from our bedroom window. East gate from station both elevator and stairs are right next to hotel door making trips to other areas easy. We came in several times past midnight and it felt super safe walking to our hotel and when we got to our hotel it was very secure. Have to have hotel key to get in and then again to access floors. Made me feel safe. Great property and amazing staff.

We purposely stayed here because it is right on top of Oshiage station, so we could catch the Keisei Narita Express to the airport. The room was pretty typical of what you get for Japanese hotel rooms, but very clean, and they have a smart TV, which was neat. There is a Kura sushi in the building, and it is right across from Skytree. Our room had a Skytree view, which was nice too. They gave my kiddo a little amenities package with slippers, a sponge and a toothbrush, all in a teddy bear theme. It was too cute!

The service was only so-so and the condition was acceptable but it has a good location close to skytree and oshiage station. In fact, I stayed in the hotel next door which I think was a better choice.

Bed was a little too firm for me. Excellent staff. Tub to soak in was great. Supermarket filled with bentos 1 min away. Sushi in the hotel and a 7 story mall 3 min away. Subway entry 1 min away. Excellent location.
