The service was only so-so and the condition was acceptable but it has a good location close to skytree and oshiage station. In fact, I stayed in the hotel next door which I think was a better choice.

This was our 3rd hotel in Japan-and so far ai can say it was the best! Convenient to malls, 7 eleven and a lot of dining options in the area. Our room’s size is pretty ok but the cleanliness and the over-all service was superb. The front desk staff helped me with my luggage transfer and they were patient with me considering the language barrier. I would def come back!

Close to train transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful when ever had a question. The breakfast was delicious. It had Japanese and western food to choose from the buffet. We had a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree during our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants.. the hotel was clean. My only complaint was the room was too small for 3 of us and our luggage. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes I think it was a nice hotel even though the room was a little too small for my family

Room is clean and new, cleaning service order thru tv, real time status of the laundry machines, access to the roof for photos of SkyTree at night, super convenient access thru subway to cities like Tokyo or Asakusa, or train to NRT or HND. Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff are always friendly. Hotel is kept very clean. Rooms are larger than most business hotels. Great view of the Sky Tree.
