Overall the hotel was clean. Hotel room is adequate for a family for 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween) as long as adults don’t mind sharing a bed with the tween. The hotel room could use more outlets to charge devices and more pillows.

Perfect small apartment for a family of four, we had an excellent stay here. Close to Akihabara station, it was fully equipped with everything you need. My husband would have liked a blackout curtain/blind on the window but it didn’t bother me.

It’s an excellent upgrade from AirBB with the convenience of a hotel. The home electronics are top of the line. The only inconvenience is the light close to the door is by sensor only with no option to turn off or keep on. Proximity to 4 train stations, good ramen and izakayas, and a supermaket.

The aparthotel is perfect for a family of four. Enough room without feeling cramp. Washer and dryer in room is great. Life grocery store less than 5 mins walking is perfect. Akihabara station is only 10 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so kind and friendly, everyone from front desk to room staff. Everyone willing to help you. The room was great, everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Brilliant room with cooking facilities and washer dryer. Just 200 meters up the road is life supermarket which had been recommended to me. It’s brilliant we enjoyed eating out at the local restaurants very reasonable price near the train station

My room was a studio apartment and housed 5 of us (1 kid, 1 teen, 3 adults). Everything worked very well. The whole passcode to operate the elevator and unlocking the apartment was new to us but not an issue. Washer/dryer was waaaay much better than any washer/dryer I have ever encountered in Japan and helped to reduce the amount of clothes we had to bring on the trip. Some gripes: the pillows were too flat and had a bad neck several days i.; some inconsiderate guests were definitely smoking in their rooms/elevator which filled the elevator with smoke every now and then.
