Had a great stay as a family of 4, including two teenagers. Managed with two single beds, and two mattresses on a tatami mat. Great facilities, including great sized bathroom, separate toilet and laundry washer/drier in one a real blessing. Kitchen well resourced. clean linen, and whilst not daily service to room and serviced when requested, and weekly. Self check in a little confusing at first, but worked it out. Loved we could leave our luggage locked up if checking in early, or checking out late. Being on Kappabashi Street, lots of great shopping, a 7Eleven, FamilyMart and Aeon Supermarket all very close by, and Larger LIFE supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful Senso-ji Temple and it's surrounds a short walk, along with all its fun and fascinating laneways and shopping Alleys, so much to explore at the doorstep. Some great small, traditional and local restaurants just around the corner in the backstreets nearby. While train stations are not that close, buses that link to the trains are just a short walk away, and train stations are walkable but a little further away. Time to other popular parts of Tokyo, like Shinjuku about 40 minutes away by bus/train. Overall had a great stay and would be keen to stay here again if we were lucky enough to return.

Great for a short stay in Tokyo and for small families 4, easy to get there, good location close by two main metro stations Ginza and Hibiya line, closes to UENO train station, you don't need more. Apartment has everything you need in the city and a contemporary minimalist style we like it a lot.

Very close to Sky Tree, Asakusa, and Ueno. Easy access to trains, bus, taxis. One bus ride away from Narita Airport. Grocery stores and convenient stores nearby. Minn Kappabashi was clean, except for the air conditioner and the washing machine. There were towels, and socks under the washing machine and the AC was dripping water. Good thing there was a trash bin to catch the water. But overall my family and I had a pleasurable and comfortable stay. Will definitely come back!

Amazing hotel. Superbly clean, all amenities were wonderful Checkin was really easy, and the greeting staff was very kind and helpful. Very close to Akihabara and a 5 min walk to bus transfer to subways.

I was very surpise how nice and cute is the room we have. Not just cute but the room is def. Being taken care of. Very modern yet japandi style and i love it so much. Clean, modern, kitchen and bath tools and laundry items are all there. One thing is the room is very compact and i have plenty of luggages but i did manage it. Overall, i recomend this place very affordable for all good quality of the room and comfort of your stay.

I liked that the room has a kitchen and laundry. The location is relatively close to some tourist areas. I did not like that some of the sheets were not clean, but since the room had a laundry machine, we were able to clean them.

This was our second stay at Minn Kappabashi during our holiday to Japan. We had thought about booking somewhere else for our final 2 nights in Tokyo, but ended up being so happy with the accomodation and the area the first time that we wanted to return. The bedding was comfortable for our family of 5, the amenities were clean and modern and I appreciated having a steamer to iron our clothes, as well as a washing machine. The location is great and we discovered even more places to visit during this stay, particularly the shopping district of Asakusa!

We are so happy with our stay at Minn Kappabashi. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. We loved having a kitchenette and dining table to use for earlier breakfast and late dinners. We also liked having a washer and dryer combination in the room to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Close by Senso-ji Temple so it was easy to walk there but not close to other tourist areas.
