Highly recommended this hotel to travelers. The hotel is conveniently located. 5 mins walking to the closest subway station. There is also a grocery store just next to the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Except the induction stove in our room is not working, everything is perfect! Definitely will visit again in the future.

Please avoid shampoo and conditioner that contains nuts. Some people have severe allergic reactions by using them. Also there were so much dusts between sofa and walls. It looks hard to clean the gaps, but the place would be much better to stay.

I used taxi from hotel to sansoji, Arkihabara, Tokyo national museum, etc. All taxi fees are about $11-$15 single trip. It’s pretty good for our 4-person family, much easier and comfortable than use trains in hot weather.

The guy at the front desk upon arrival went to college in the US, it was wonderful! We were able to wash our clothes, store our food, and be very close to metro stations. I wish we would have known about the iPad chat sooner since at first we didn’t know how to get hot water to ask where to put our trash!

Located in a quiet area but close to metro station. Next to a grocery store which is a plus given that prices is very reasonable. Room service is per request. Communication with front desk is through a pad and they takes time to get back to you. Otherwise everything is perfect, will definitely come back!

Very clean and well maintained property with good quality appliances. Love that OK supermarket is just across the street and Family Mart is within 3 mins walk. Nearest train station is about 300-400m away so it’s not at the doorstep but still walkable. Generally a comfortable property to come back to after a day of exploring Tokyo!

Nice residence
Spacious, clean room. Enough space for 4 people to move around without feeling crowded. The sliding doors to separate the 2 rooms added additional privacy. Location was very quiet with a convenient neighborhood market right across the street. Reception desk has an iPad available with instructions on how to check-in. There isn't a physical person at the front desk to receive you. Pillows were a little soft. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

This property was perfect for our family. Nice, safe area near an elementary school and lots of groceries, 7-11 and drugstores nearby. The staff helped us with check in and extending our check out. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
