Great option if you want to enjoy sports, modern facilities and a pleasant quiet area. We stayed as a family in June 24. The room had two queen beds. There was a small table and you could watch the baseball games from our room at the stadium next door. The room was largely taken up by the two beds, but I think it was relatively generous by Tokyo hotel room standards, so fine for us for 3 nights. The onsen was a great relief for us after hot days sight seeing. The area around the hotel is very quiet with the Olympic park surrounding the hotel. Good for families because of the open safe spaces. We even saw a palm civet or a tanuki run across the park one evening. The food options aren't as good as some areas, but we went to a couple of good restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. Metro station was a 5-8 min walk away on Giza line, so easy to get around. You can also walk through the cool neighbourhood streets of Harujuku to Yoyogi park or Shinjuku if you like.

The hot water spa was excellent especially the facilities and late hours. The laundry facilities were great and the pyjamas and slippers were wonderful. Staff were very nice and foreign friendly. It was very clean and has self service amenities. Umbrellas were available to borrow. Just a bit hard to find at first because you need to enter the building, take the elevator up to the Lobby then check in there, lobby has beautiful view of the baseball stadium.

Good location. The hotel is next to a baseball stadium, home of the Yakult Swallows. The stadium had games almost every day. Also, National Stadium is around the corner and good for jogging. The Gaienmae station 6-7 minutes walk.
