Superb location
Very good location. Close to Ginza and Central Tokyo Station. Kyobashi station right in front of the building. We loved our stay at remm hotel.

Loved this hotel! Will come back again!
Perfect location. About 7 min walk from Tokyo station and right in front of Kyobashi station that takes you anywhere in Tokyo. We loved the massage chair in our room after long walking days. Room was also decently big for us and had a couch which is unheard of in Tokyo. We were able to fit 1 large luggage, 2 carry on, and 2 backpack and 1 duffle bag and still had decent space to move around. We would definitely come back again.

Great Hotel
The area is fairly quiet, it appears to be in a business district, but it's just a couple blocks from the Ginza shoppig districts. Kyobashi Station is right out the front door and it is super diventa l convenient to get in and out of. The room also has a massage chair which feels amazing after a long day of walking and stair climbing in Tokyo.

Location is good but room is too small to open luggage. Hotel don’t provide one time use slipper which is out of expectation and not convenient . The cup is plastic is terrible. Hotel doesn’t have coffee machine Is sock. Hotel rate I paid is not worth . Good thing is room has massage chair to release fatigue.Breakfast taste good but way too less choice.

Great hotel. Very close to the Ginza shopping area and great connectivity to other major tourist areas in Tokyo - Asakusa, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc. Clean rooms, spacious compared to average hotel room sizes in Tokyo, polite staff, nice breakfast options , and the massage chair in the room was a nice add on to have after a long day’s walk around the city. Also, the check out timings are at noon which is an extra hour than most other hotels in Japan. So, if that matters it’s also a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Great central location
Great location just outside Subway exit. However, not pleased that the hotel charge extra JPY200 per night claiming for Tokyo city accommodation tax. I thought all taxes and fees are already included in Hotel.com price. Do take note of this extra payment on day of check in, if you must stay in this hotel

Very quaint area for Tokyo. Train station right outside for most areas, making travel convenient. Cleaning service was very nice and breakfast buffet was relatively inexpensive. Only trouble experienced was that restaurant variety in the area felt very limited. Great experience overall

Amazing stay, great value, excellent location.
Amazing location, right by the subway entrance so you can travel and tour the city with ease. It is a 10min short walk from the heart of Ginza so you are close to shopping and restaurants. Also right next to a 7/11. Staff is friendly. Check-in was relatively easy although digital which seems to be the norm for a lot of places in Japan. Room is small but manageable. It was very quiet, hardly any noise so that was great especially for those who are a light sleeper. Complimentary 2 bottles of water daily. Highly recommend. Thought it was great value.

Located in a fairly quiet area but still very close to Tokyo Station and shopping. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel. Excellent service from reception to housekeeping.

Good location near Tokyo station and right next to Kyobashi station. Room was bright and clean and the massage chair was a great touch. Downside was that the room was small so if you have a large luggage you might have a problem in terms of where to open your suitcase. Reception is friendly and check in and out is easy on their machines. Staff don’t always speak English super well but they’re friendly and with their electronic translator we were able to sort out luggage forwarding.
