We booked two types of room. Both have their own pros and cons. Deluxe room comes with double bed, and bigger toilet room, toilet bowl size is good for big size people. Whereas the twin bed room comes with two twin bed which can be combined, but the toilet is smaller, and toilet bowl is small for big size people. Generally all staffs are polite and attentive to your needs. Just a minor incident in one morning when trying to communicate to a male receptionist who did not seem patient when I was communicating on a missing item which I would like to locate, thankfully the housekeeping was able to resolve it.

We liked the amenities that were available by the front desk, the coffee availabilty and the friendly front desk personnel. We didnt like the shower curtain, nor the ventilation in the shower room. The vent was either broken or didnt work well, so it always smelled damp n non- fresh. Also liked the towel n water delivery every on days where room was not cleaned.

Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Sometimes we felt that our requests were a bit demanding but they were friendly about it and gladly went out of their way to aid us. Thebrook was spacious and very well decorated. The hotel is in a perfect spot for sightseeing.

The room and entire establishment was wonderful, the staff are all fantastic and incredibly friendly and ways so helpful I don't think there is anything that could have been done better. We will definitely be staying again. They even went through the previous days laundry to help us find a lost plush that accidentally got wrapped up in the bedding. 10/10 I cannot recommend this hotel enough for both price and comfort. Easily walkable to all stations and the shrines, close to convenience stores.

Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for them. They made our stay welcomed and enjoyable. The gentleman in the overnight was exceptionally delightful and answered any questions we had. He went above beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay near “touristy” areas.

Great little hotel, no complaints. I wish it was a bit bigger, but I knew what I was getting myself into. Their smallest room can barely fit 2 people, not recommended for anyone carrying multiple large luggage. 2 small carryon is bearable.
