The breakfast is good, a lot of choice. The location is excellent, 6 minutes walk to Ginza. The room is small but clean. There was a miscommunicate between the hotel and 3rd party agent (Hotels.com). I booked through hotels.com, it was showing I have extra benefits as a Gold member at hotels.com. (Free room upgrade, late checkout, early checkin when available). The hotel let us early checked in, but asked for a charge. I showed them the VIP Access under my reservation, but they didn't admit, since this is from hotels.com not from their hotel. The VIP access and the Gold member is a joke.

The hotel is decent, with family mart and Donki just a stone throw away. Everything is in working condition. Down side is the room is way too small. This is the smallest hotel I’ve stayed in Tokyo.

Wonderful central location but also surprisingly quiet for central Tokyo. decent size room with added bonus of a comfortable lounge area with tea coffee and snacks available free. Close by many excellent eating establishments and only @ 500m from the train station so easy to access the rest of Tokyo.

It’s very clean and the amenities provided are plenty. You can get slippers, razor, face towel, tooth brush and cotton swabs. My only minor complain is the room and bathroom are very small but that’s to be expected of Japan.

Good property. Room was pretty spacious and fit 2 large suitcases. They only do a full cleaning every 3 days, however, they do change your towels and water and take out the trash every day. Location was very convenient.
