Great base for exploring Toledo
The YIT Puerta Bisagra has a great location just inside the city walls. Our room was simple and compact but very clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent quality and very good value at 9 Euros.

The room was the size of a closet, could hardly open a suitcase. Not as represented on the hotel.com site. The air conditioning was not in service, the room smelled of cigarettes and a live roach, parking was a hike to a public parking with no security in site. Just some drunk guys asking for money as we walked out. Bottom line, this is an overpriced terrible property

Likes - location, close to the center of old town and bus service. Staff was very friendly. Dislikes - room and shower were extremely small, barely room to move. We have stayed in eight cities in Spain this year and this room was the smallest by far. AC only blew extremely hot air (set by hotel). Very noisy.

Perfect little spot
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Would 100% return, especially for the price and location. Only downside was rooms do not have curtains that keep the light out, so my blindfold came in handy. Traffic/outside noise did not wake me up until 7am and it was pretty quiet outside throughout the evening/night
