Overall a great stay!
It was overall a very comfortable stay for the few hours my bandmate were able to rest between destinations. The room was much more spacious than I had anticipated! Very clean and well-maintained. The only issue was the key when we first arrived. It took 3 trips from my room's door to the concierge desk and back, but the final time, the woman at the desk even accompanied me to make sure I got in that time. Overall a great stay! Highly recommended. Plus, loads of food and gas options around!

I reserved a handicap room but when i got there i wasn't given a handicap room. I was told my reservation didn't state that and that the handicap room wasn't clean. I was told if i would stay in my assigned room they would get me in the handicap room as soon as it was cleaned the next day. Also there are not USB ports in the rooms. The next day i did get moved into their so called handicap room. While it did have a large bathroom, there was a tub instead of a walkin shower and the toilet was normal height instead of the higher accessible height. There were several bars in the tub area and a bar by the toilet. Someone who is a wheelchair or who can't get into a tub would not be able to take a shower. I had to wash my hair at the sink and take a sponge bath.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Toledo from Michigan to take our grandchildren to the Toledo zoo. After our day at the zoo we checked in to the hotel about 4 o’clock as our grandchildren were tired and ready to relax. To start, the clerk was very dry and unapproachable, she never greeted us nor did she tell us about the breakfast schedule. After we entered our room we found that the television was not working and called the clerk for assistance. She was not helpful, she said several people had complained about tvs not working and said she would call maintenance. After about 2 hours we called back, she was rude and told us the maintenance person had been called. After about 3 hours we went down to speak with the clerk to inform her that we had asked others if their tvs worked and all said yes, therefore we believed the tv was not working. We asked if we could be moved to another room or if we could get the tv switched out, her reply was that there were no other rooms available and that the maintenance person was called as he/she was the only person that could assist. 5 hrs later we are still waiting for the maintenance person and have no tv to watch. We were never offered any support or any type of assistance what so ever. The kids are grumpy as they have no tv to watch and we are very upset as we paid for a fully functional room and are sitting here with two young kids who are bored out of their minds and nothing to do. I will never stay here again!!!

Our room was huge and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and our room and public rooms very clean. My two complaints were that the lobby/breakfast area was stuffy and seemed without air conditioning. The complimentary breakfast was totally inedible.
